My business has been using the boys at Global Consulting for about 7 years now. We rely on them for day to day technological help as well as bigger projects — new hardware, software, etc. The response time is unmatched, and (if needed) they have a tech guy on site within 1 business day — although usually within a few hours. There’s nothing they won’t do to get our systems back in line, including house calls and after hours help. Previous to Global Consulting, we never stuck with I.T. companies for very long, and I think that speaks to their competency and efficiency in providing a complete package of services.

I used Global Consulting to fix a personal computer problem at my house. Basically, my PC had crashed after a standard Microsoft update. GC sent someone over, they picked up my computer, brought it back the next day. The computer was working great when it was returned and they also did some additional systems scans, etc.
