GameStop

Just recently dropped by this location because it’s the closest to my house and they never fail to help me out with whatever I needed.
Not sure why other people give them such bad reviews, but every employee I’ve interacted with were very helpful and they do such a good job.
Whatever my visit entailed, they were able to help me.
Today’s employee, Mitzi, was very sweet and helpful. Although I had basic questions and didn’t reserve a game, she helped me out with looking for another location that carried the game I needed. So thank you Mitzi for helping me out today.

This location is rather small & does not have a very good selection. One manager here also refused to sell me an iphone after I mentioned how he didn’t carry the specific model I wanted.

Really good service and this really good looking girl name Stephanie that worked there answered all my questions never had a problem buying or returning from this location and also this store has more inventory then the rest of the gamestop locations I give it a five star so far so good!

I honestly don’t spend time writing reviews because most of the time my service isn’t bad enough or good enough to take the time to do it, however, today I am fed up with this GameStop location. I wanted to buy a cheap iPod and decided on the iPod Mini 2^nd Gen and found one at this location. I tried to hold it online however I got an email about 5 minutes after I requested the hold saying that they couldn’t fulfill my request. So in 5 minutes you received my request, actually looked for the iPod, and then declined it? I don’t buy that. Sounds like someone is being lazy and doesn’t want to look for it. So we called the store to double check because it said there was a low stock online. OH WAIT now they have one! Amazing! So my boyfriend goes to pick it up, gets it home, we plug it in. HOURS LATER, this thing will go from full battery to dead in about 10 seconds. It seems to me that the employees at this store are just lazy. You don’t want to satisfy buyers? THEN DON’T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Part of your job is fulfilling hold requests and checking to see if merchandise is defective!

This review is probably going to get un-​noticed and, or, ignored by the staff entirely… Not too many check Gamestop’s Unilocal pages so…
Though, I love wasting time writing reviews, at times…
Today, I had a long bike ride from Santa Ana all the way to Huntington Beach. All I wanted to do was stop in and find a game to play, ending my day. However, small complaint, the employee did not let me bring my bike in. Excuse me, but, my bike probably equals to 10 of your paychecks.
I would not be writing this review if he simply say, «sorry, you cannot bring it in.» However, he said «You can’t bring it in man,» and then mocked me in front of another customer.

Nice place here, it’s not packed or anything, and has a lot of games that I look for. Customer service isn’t bad or anything. The employees know what they’re talking about and great to talk to.

This location is so… unappealing. It’s located in a run-​down looking parking lot and although inside is clean and organized it’s much larger than it needs to be and makes it appear emptier than it already is.

Awful customer service! The person behind the counter was very rude; I was trading in a few games and he was treating me like a thief. The parking lot pavement needs to be redone and a lot of shady characters lurking around. Go to the Warner location instead. Better yet, avoid Game stop all together their games are over-​priced!

Lonely GameStop. Personnel was nice. Ultimately, had what I wanted. Average.
