Fight Club OC is amazing! The fights are always entertaining and the fighters are impressive. I’ve been a MMA fan for years and I saw my first live fight here and I have been back ever since. The Hangar is such a cool venue, every seat has a good view of the ring and the atmosphere is great. The events are well organized, plenty of beer stands, replays on the big screen and giveaways in between fights. At the last fight, Big John McCarthy was the ref!

Let me tell you. Fight Club OC went above and beyond my expectations. I started out with cheap drinks next door at Baja Blues, then walked over the Hangar. Much to my surprise 3 beautiful ladies (Hooter Girls I think they were) greeted me at the door and stamped my ticket. I was amazed at how extravagant the venue was. A giant (must have been 40′ X 40′) TV screen with all the fight action was right across the arena. The place was filled with life! People were taking pictures in front of the Fight Club OC banner while others were sipping on ginormous Tecate beers (I think that is their main beer sponsor) Everyone was having a good time. And the food was soooooo good. Burritos on one side and a deli on the other. The fights were great! There was a knock out in the first bout. Every fight was exciting… not to mention they have BOTH M.M.A. and Boxing which suited my group well because some of us younger guys like mma and the other old school guys like boxing. And not to mention. The RING GIRLS were on another level!!! WOWZERS… I might come back just for them alone. Over all the experience was great. It was the best way to spend my Thursday night and very affordable. Next time I think I will look into getting a luxury suite for my group which looked like it included all you can eat, all you can drink… (they also have group rates which got us in cheap) I recommend this to any fight fans and also to anyone who is just curious and wants to have a GREAT time with friends or a significant other. The crowd is very mixed of all ages and demographics … lots of cute girls walking around. When you get there say hi to Roy Englebrecht, he is the promoter and he might hand you a special coupon or voucher for a discount at the next fight. THIS IS A MUST GO! I’ll definitely be at the next one April 11^th!

Great fights they put on!

Fight Club OC is fun, different, and certainly entertaining. I don’t follow boxing or MMA that closely, but seeing it live is pretty cool and worth the admission price (at least once).
I had the opportunity to view 3 featherweight boxing matches, 1 heavyweight boxing match, and 1 MMA match. The featherweights look like kids, the heavyweight was a strange match consisting of a short fat guy and a tall skinny guy, and although the MMA was more about technique than anything, they still managed to beat the shit out each other pretty well. All fighters were somewhat local, and the tall heavyweight guy was actually from Costa Mesa.
TIP #1: They post coupon codes for ticket discounts on their Facebook page.
TIP #2: Make sure to submit your name and email to the raffle as soon as you arrive. They’ll do a drawing for a little bit of cash after each round, and you get a bonus if there’s a knockout.

Great MMA & BOXING if you want to see a lot of excitement this is where you wanna be! I been going the last 3 years with my parents and they love it just as much as my brother and I we will defiantly keep coming as long as there are shows going on!
