Kirk As a Wink Plumbing

On ¹⁄₂₀₁₆ my electrician recommended: Scott at his company, «Kwik as a Wink» plumbing to help me finish a sewer ejection pump problem that another plumber was incompetent in completing. I needed a new lid for the container that the new ejector pump sits in so that all the sewer water now sitting in my big cement hole could be pumped out and all the water and sewage could again be contained in a container sitting in this large cement hole. Scott said he could see me next week and finish and for me to send him a photo of the lid needed… I did and he said he received and it would not be a problem. Advance to 1÷26÷16 and a follow up call to find out when he could be here…
Eventually, almost a week later, a women called from his office and said Scott is too busy for this job so he’s cancelling seeing me leaving my almost a week later to start over trying to find someone who will handle this job. They didn’t even offer me a recommendation for another plumber when I asked. Scott just abandoned me and this job! NOT a fair and good thing to do… unacceptable way to do business!

We have used Kwik As a Wink Plumbing on several occasions over the last 3 years. Scott Sr. and Scott Jr. are a pleasure to deal with and their service and ethics speak for themselves!
We found ourselves in need of their expertise again last night (Friday, Dec. 4^th, 2015) when my husband found we had a leak by our front door. My husband called at 5:43 pm and left a VM. By 5:52 pm, Scott Sr. was calling us back — and this is their usual, exceptional service!
He let us know he had an 8:00 am appt. on Saturday, but that he would swing by our house at 7:00 am to see where the leak was, and would be back at 10:00 to start working on it. One of the things we love about them is that they do what they say they will, when they say they will! This is a common courtesy lacking in a lot of companies!
True to his word, Scott Sr. was back at the house at 10:00 am and started working on the leak. When he had to leave to get parts, but had the leak down to a «seep», he left the water on for me so I could flush toilets, fill the dog’s water bowl, water my plants, wash my hands, etc. I appreciated this since we hadn’t had water in over 16 hours! He came back, fixed the problem, and was on his way.
They are so fairly and reasonably priced, do great work, and are so trustworthy! Personally, my husband and I would not even consider using any other plumber for our FH home!

It’s difficult to find a plumber who has experience with sewer ejector systems for hillside homes.
They quickly understood the problem, got the parts, did the work. Very pleased.
