This store doesn’t work very well for me. The staff is friendly and it’s convenient from a location standpoint but every time I go the selection is terrible, products are not in stock, in the overall availability of certain items is not good. Based on this I can’t justify continue going to this store in would rather drive further to a store that has more of the items I need.

This is a review for the pharmacy/drugstore. The employees at the pharmacy are super great. They are pleasant, responsive to our needs, and take very good care of us. If I need something quickly, because I failed to timely call in a refill, they take care of me. Whereas the Fry’s pharmacy on 90th Street takes hours, which caused me great anxiety and stress, the Fry’s at Eagle Mountain and Shea has no problem getting the job done. I love those guys and gals, and hope they stay there for many years to come.

We live in Eagle Mountain, so this Fry’s is right next to our house. The things I love about it are: — good value, meaning good prices and decent quality. — very friendly customer service. I’m not sure why some reviewers here had a negative experience, but I always have had a positive experience, and I come here a few times a week. I come here with a smile, and I get a smile back. You attract what you project! — there is a Walgreens pharmacy in it, and you get very warm, personalized service there, too. — you get Fry’s points, which saves you $.10 off per gallon of gas at shell stations for every hundred dollars you spend in groceries, or at the pharmacy. — there is a mini organic market section next to the door, which has a lot of what you might find in Sprouts or Whole Foods, all in one place. It’s like a mini convenience store within the larger store. Sometimes you can find exactly what you need right in that area, and be in and out. — «nobody leaves the deli without a full belly» according to Ken. You will get samples at the deli, and stuff is so delicious you will take some home. — free Wi-Fi, just in case you need it. Cellular service is spotty in the mountains, but you can get a FaceTime call going using their Wi-FI. — it has the most amazing view and sunsets, seriously! So when you’re in the area, or if you live in the area, check it out!

Worst Frys I’ve ever been to. Allegedly. Grey’s hires thieves to work the night shift. The gal at the register did not give my change. No biggie I told her so and she literally reaches over the counter to grab the receipt out of my hand. While distracted with the receipt issue I notice out of the corner a hand reach into my jacket pocket, and it wasn’t mine. Fry’s will be hearing from my lawyer.

I agree with all other reviews regarding the poor customer service skills At this location. Won’t be back. They act like they don’t need customers.

This is the closest grocer in the Fountain Hills vicinity for me(since I live right off of Shea and FH Blvd). I will go here ONLY if I’m lazy or if it’s on my way home from work. That’s it. They don’t seem to have«motivated» associates here to be honest, and out-of-stock on items. The produce section makes me want to cry, as their prices are astronomical and I just don’t «feel good» in there for some reason. I even feel the celery leaves are droopier in here than other grocers. In fact, I feel for the same amount of groceries, I could have saved more at Safeway being a farther drive. Like that they have a Red Box, but who doesn’t these days? Chase(in-store) branch located by customer service.

We’ve recently moved to the area and were eager to find a local grocery store. To us a grocery store is a big part of the community. Both our boys have work in groceries. we know first hand how important customer service is. This fry’s is depressing. The employees treat us as if we were an inconvenience. The deli area is frequently out of high demand food items. The produce is old or out of stock. Even though this store is less than 3 miles from my home. I will drive over twice the distance to shop at another grocery. Simply put, this Fry’s has not earned our business. A friendly greeting and thank you would go a long way. Food on the shelves and fresh produce seems fundamental. Lack of leadership may be a starting point.

I really like this grocery store. The produce is usually fresh and they usually have everything I need in stock. It’s a no thrills grocery store… meaning there’s no starbucks inside… no bar… no gelato… no sushi… it’s just groceries. There is a Chase bank, which is kinda hidden. I like the fact that there aren’t any thrills because I think it keeps their prices low. Also, if you spend $ 100, you get 10 cents off per gallon at participating Shell and Circle K stations.
