At 1st the company sounded great. I traded in items and was told there are contact up dates of new inventory coming in. I’m a transformers guy, and not once did they have anything of interest 2 – 4 items sealed in package listed for a rediculous price. Finally I asked for my items back, I received no reply to emails or phone calls. Then I get a check in the mail for the amount of my credit. I never agreed to this, then I receive a email from Nikki stated I spoke to someone… never did I. What a piss poor way of operating a business. I hope they go out of business.

Bought an exclusive figure from Brian’s Toys a few years ago and it was an awful experience. Never again — I don’t care how badly I «need» an exclusive figure, there is no way in hell I’m buying it from Brian’s Toys.
