They catered a work event today and the food was delicious! Best mac n cheese ever!

Found this restaurant through Unilocal while driving to Ritz Carlton. It is hidden in an industrial location. I have never tried southern cooking and it is delicious! The owner personally greeted us and served us. We almost tried every dishes there is on the menu but was too full. I hope they open a restaurant in Southern California soon. Love it.

Pam of Piccadeilly, catered our son and his partners wedding seven years ago at San Francisco’s Green Room on Van Ness. She did an absolutely fantastic job, most pleasant, reasonably priced for the services, food and extras. This month our son graduated from Stanford and we turned again to Piccadilly Catering and were ushered through the process by LATISABROOKS. Latisa was so pleasant, calming, efficient and had the experience to provide support and help. She(and Pam) came to the Stanford campus for a party of around 50 people. Latisa and her staff, who were most pleasant, humorous, professional and were a delight to deal with. They were very attentive, nicely dressed and waited on our guests most professionally. The linens, decorations, presentation and importantly the food was outstanding. They came into the room early, set it up, had beverages and the food ready to go when our group arrived after the ceremonies(which by the way were wonderful). They served the late lunch/early dinner, served cake, coffee, tea and as the last guest was leaving they had the entire room clean, everything put away, their van loaded and off they went. I don’t remember ever writing a Unilocal Review so to do this was highly unusual for me. I think, in short(too late for that), that Latisa and her staff truly saved the day for us. They made a memorable day even better and our family and guests were truly impressed. THANKYOUSOMUCH, LATISA

Piccadilly was the caterer for my November wedding last year. My wedding menu had greens, mac n cheese, fried chicken, baked catfish, ribs, jambalaya and cornbread muffins. My appetizers were mini chicken n waffles and stuffed mushrooms. The food was delicious, the presentation was perfect and even the staff, servers, and bartenders were on point. If you’re looking for that down home cooking but presented with a whole lot of class, then Piccadilly Catering needs to be your choice. Two months later and people still keep complimenting me on the job they did so I just had to write this review.

This review is for their restaurant AND catering. I’ve been eating at the restaurant for years now, tried their brunch, had their food at many company functions, and even had them cater my son’s birthday party. I’m incredibly happy that they’ve reopened. Piccadilly Catering makes amazing food at an incredibly low prices. When you come in to eat, they make you feel like an old friend, dropping in for a bite. On the catering side, they’re prompt, professional, and the food tastes just as good(and in fact, they have higher-end items too, but we stick with the basics). And now, they’ve expanded their menu with the Soulritto and fried chicken salad. My favorites: * Fried chicken — You can order 2 or 3 pieces and/or tack on a breast. The chicken is perfectly fried, juicy, and never greasy. * Jambalaya — Great as a dish or a side. They load in the sausage and chicken. It’s not spicy, but that’s what the hot sauce at the table is for. * Catfish or Fried Snapper — Cornmeal breaded and fried perfectly. * Fried Chicken Salad — Great alternative to just fried chicken. * Salad — You’d think this’d be an afterthought, but no. Their salad is always fresh and it’s huge for a side. Standard dressings: vinaigrette, ranch, Caesar, etc. * Cornbread Muffin — Comes with every meal. But there’s more: * Lasagna — My coworkers swear by this. I’d try it if I weren’t lactose intolerant. * Soulritto — The Soul Food Buritto: chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, and sweet potato. It looks awesome, and they’re ok with you subbing other components. I’d eat it, but it’d probably kill me. * And then… ribs, collard greens, mac and cheese, sweat tea, desserts and so on. All of the servings are big, so come hungry. Tips: * LaTisa likes to remember your standard order. Don’t make this easy on her, try it all! * Check out their old Unilocal reviews here for more suggestions from others!
