My first time here and I was very pleased. It is simple and clean and perfect for the price. I had an hour body massage and my massage specialist was very attentive to where I wanted her to focus and how deep to go for pressure. I will be going back again for their special $ 40.00 on Wed and Thurs for full body massage!

I frequent this place often and am happy to bring new friends over to try. The front staff is very friendly and I never have to wait. I book my appointments in advance and usually always get the time I want. The prices are great and the service is phenomenal!

I have been coming to Oceanic Foot Spa since they opened years ago. You can’t beat the price($ 301hr foot massage; $ 501hr body massage) of the services. They also have discounted services, so be sure to check the website. Most massage therapists have a firm pressure. If you want a lighter medium pressure, ask for Sharon. The foot massage is much more than that. For an hour, half of the time is spent on your feet(which began with a soak). The rest of the time, it’s a table top massage(clothes on). Most therapists don’t speak English, but you can ask for a body chart on which you can circle the parts you want to be worked on, and X out the parts you don’t. Fairly straight forward. Call ahead because it’s pretty busy and time slots get booked up fast.

This is a great place but unfortunately a bit out of my way, but whenever I am nearby or have time, I like to come here. Very clean and relaxed setting with very comfy chairs. I love being completely reclined. Large open space with no partition makes it great if you come with several people. Well worth coming to Foster City for.

I have been coming here for four years now. Your experience will vary depending on which massage therapist you pick, but overall I haven’t had a bad experience with any of them. To top it off it is a great value. This is probably one of the best way to treat yourself. Highly recommend.

Nice place, it’s simply great! They are always busy, so make an appointment in advance. When you walk-in you feel positive vibe and a relaxing atmosphere. I always see Kelly or Cyrstal. Most of the staff speaks little English, but I don’t mind because they do great job. I also like their deals, you can check online.

I have been going here for some time and yet to be delayed or have a great experience. The front desk is very organized and efficient while checking in or out. Quality of this business is very good. I would recommend it highly to friends and family.

Had an awesome massage with Leo. I desperately needed a massage after a super stressful few weeks and driving 7+ hours the day before. I booked an hour-long body massage online(taking advantage of their Wednesday special). The place is very serene, but I came in the afternoon when it wasn’t busy and can’t speak to other times of day. I will definitely be back for both body and foot massages!

Had my third massage there today and brought my boyfriend this time. Have had the 40 min foot with the 40 min body massage, 60 min body massage and today we had the 60 minute foot massage. What a treat. Highly recommend it. The tea after the massage is also a treat. A great gift for those you care about and for yourself.

Clean, fair price, good therapists. They need more people working j/k they are always busy so tip make a appt in advance. By far all the foot massage places I have been to this is the best. Hidden gem in Foster City! Also love that customer service is always great at this location.

Love this place, especially their specials! Mon/Tue — $ 25 for an hour long foot massage Wed — $ 40 for an hour long body massage I haven’t done the foot massage but came for the body massage with Peter and was extremely pleased with my experience. The facility is very well-kept and clean. Upon entering, the lady at the front desk gave me a sheet where I can indicate my preferred pressure level and a diagram to circle areas I want extra work on, and areas I don’t want worked on at all. I’m assuming a lot of their masseuses have limited English, so having this sheet is really helpful. Peter did a great job at getting my knots out and knew all of the pressure points. Some parts were painful, but I felt much less tense the day after. Will definitely be coming back!

If you’re familiar with chinese foot massage places, then the quick review is: fancier and more mainstream than the run of the mill no-frills chinese massage places. Overall, for the same price, the staff is a little more professional(ie uniforms, more english speaking, less chatting in chinese), the space is nicer, you can make online reservations!!, and there are more little touches. And as someone else noted, the foot massage portion is pretty light-handed for a chinese massage place. If you’ve never been to a chinese foot massage place, you’re really getting a full body massage. You start with a foot soak, then a foot massage(usually it’s almost on the painful side because there’s so much pressure, but in a good way!), some head and neck massaging, leg massaging, then you flip onto your stomach and they work on your upper back and shoulders. This isn’t a harp-music-waterfall and aromatherpy fluffy spa, this is where you go when you want a nice deep massage. I like that there’s the online reservation option and a small bio on each masseuse. I would definitely come back, though I might opt for full body instead of the foot massage, since the foot portion is not as intense. Plenty of parking, credit cards accepted.

I’ve had many many many foot massages. I had the worst foot massage ever here. Zero pressure on my feet. He just kept rubbing lotion in for 30 minutes each foot??? I even looked up and asked him what was going on and he gave me a blank stare. As I was leaving, I observed one of the there masseuses and he was doing the same thing. What’s strange is for the 10 minutes he worked on my shoulders and back, it seemed like he knew what he was doing. I explained to the lady in the front. She gave me $ 5 off but implied I should still leave a tip? Never coming back. So many other choices near by where they actually give you a real foot massage for the same price.

I like this place — its near my friend so its our standard go to place when I’m in the Burlingame area visiting her. I like that you can book online. I have tried a lot of people here and I can say anyone is better than anyone else — they’re all pretty good. They serve tea with gogi berries — nice touch. Prices are competitive and the environment is nicer than most places. That’s what keeps me coming back.

After a weekend in heels, my feet were in pain! I decided to give Oceanic Foot Spa a shot due to the high ratings and Monday $ 25 special. It was easy to make an appointment on their website. I had never been to a foot spa like this before. All the beds are in one big room. I had Leo, who was ok. I wanted more pressure but was not sure if I should bring it up since I did not want to speak too loudly to bother the other clients. Although the lady next to me was straight up snoring lol. I like a lot of pressure so it felt like he was just rubbing lotion on my feet. I did like the amount of pressure he used on my shoulders though. That was good. I may give them another try to find someone who can really dig deep.

I love Oceanic Foot Spa, but this location is not as good as the one in San Jose :( It’s near a busy area and when I went there for my appointment, the back door was wide open and I happened to be on the bed next to it. I heard some noises which unfortunately took away from the experience. The facility feels a little small and isn’t as relaxing as I was expecting. There was a lot of natural lighting so it wasn’t as dim as other spas usually make it. Nevertheless, the massage was EXCELLENT. The foot massage is actually a whole body massage but with your clothes on and I definitely recommend everyone to get one. Make sure you wear shorts or leggings because they massage your legs and feet with oil or lotion. I got an hour long massage for $ 30, which is more expensive than the one in San Jose, but it’s still cheaper than most so I wasn’t complaining. The only reason why I’m saying it’s 3 stars is because in comparison to the other branch, this one was less relaxing, more expensive, and had a more casual ambiance. Since I had something to compare it to, I must say that it’s simply just not as great as the other. Sorry!

Been here ever since it opened up a few years back. They offer a bunch of spa services but I say most of the business they make is from their foot massages. It’s a great place to treat yourself after a long week. Pro: super afforable! It’s $ 25 for a foot massage if you come for their special on Monday and Tuesday I believe or if you get a gift card bundle(10 massages for $ 250 — well worth in my opinion). Booking an appointment isn’t too bad. Usually if I call in the morning they can schedule me in sometime in the day. Fridays and Saturdays are their more busy days. The staff is also pretty to themselves and don’t try to talk you too much, which is what I prefer. But some of the women are nice and make conversation at the end. Con: it’s near a bunch of restaurants and by the waterfront so sometimes you can hear kids running around and adults talking, which can take away from the experience. I say if you let the receptionist randomly choose a masseuse for you, you’re chancing that you’ll get someone who pats you instead of massaging. Unless that’s your preference. I recommend Helen and Kelly, perfect pressure and technique!
