Kareoke night is always fun. Cheap beer makes it even better.

My friend and I went here on 12−26−149:40pm’sh, it’s located within a golf course. I ordered a couple of beers, $ 4 each, so prices are reasonable. My friend and I also sang few songs, sound system is alright. There weren’t that many persons, probably because of the holiday weekend.

Great beer prices and both the Giants and A’s are showing on the screens. Small little hidden spot with their old timers«Usuals».

I’m not much of a golfer but when I do play, I look forward to the 19th hole! In this case… LV’s 19th Hole! Great little place that is hopping! The drinks are made well and the service is fast and friendly! A lot of locals seem to come here so that’s always a good sign! If you here late enough on certain days(I think weekends), they offer Karaōke. Not much of a singer on stage but I do like to bellow out a few oldies but goodies from my seat at the bar. The folks that come here all seem to be really friendly and don’t get hung up on what you do or what your portfolio looks like. It’s all about having a good time! My kind of place! Whether you play golf or are in the mood to bellow out a few lyrics, this is a fun place to be at. Just be careful leaving if you are there after closing time for the golf course. San Mateo’s finest are always available to give you a free ride to the station for a complimentary stay. Enjoy…have fun… but have careful!

LV, I love you! You are a hard-working and honest woman with a great little gem of a bar. And to bring in DJ Purple after he was tossed out of Portofino’s was a boost for you while they went under. Silly folks didn’t know how good they had it. The drinks are cheap, the music nonstop and the people usually friendly. DJ Purple is fatally talented — piano, harmonica, sax. Not your usual KJ trying to hog the show. The crowd is supportive and will dance and clap for just about anyone. My only complaint(sorry kids, I have to say it) is the same as everyone else — the sound system stinks. Karaōke is hard enough when you can hear yourself, but when the tunes are blaring in your ear it really throws you off key. Ah, but who cares? With enough beer everyone sounds good! That’s what karaōke is all about, right?

I have been going to this bar for years never knew what the name of this bar until I looked on my phone and noticed the name. so now I know the name and I must write a review of this place on my past experiences. this place is great the people are super cool it could be because everyone is civilized due to the fact they are at a golf course yes I know its a 9hole but still. last Monday I a friend and I went to watch the giants game against the braves it was great my buddy and I arrived right after work. two grown man after working so hard at our jobs(ahahha) we had no dinner so we ordered drinks and sat at a table and the bartender came to our table and told us that they have tacos for people sitting at the bar so my friend and I helped ourselves to a plate of 2 tacos each it hit the spot along with our drinks and the giants win and to celebrate a great victory we went and got a 3rd taco and it seemed that everyone in the bar was a giants fan it was so cool. and I have been in this bar in the past and I have always had great time and the bartender LV is super cool I am assuming she is the owner considering her name is the name of the bar(ahhaha) but none-the less she is super nice and very friendly to everyone.

LV is the best. She knows just what the weary golfer needs at the end of a round and serves it up with a big smile and a generous pour. You can’t go wrong here.

After I received the secret code and ran it through my secret decoder ring, my wife and I made it to LV’s by driving in though the out door, so to speak. Once in, we found a nice little bar, reasonable drink prices, and great staff, sorry I think it was Bree(?). Anyway, on Friday night it’s about karaōke, and with DJ Purple(award winning KJ, BTW) running the show, a great time is had by all. While the sound may not be comparable to Carnegie Hall, it is adequate considering the venue, which IMHO is the reason for the reported lackluster sound of the system. Also I appreciate how DJ Purple keeps the singer call ups rolling right along. Personally, it bothers me when I go to a karaōke bar, spend 4 hours there and maybe get two songs in. When the list of singers is long, DJ Purple will skip his turn and let everyone else get their song on. The regulocals, are all very cool, especially Robin and Laurie(GOROCKERCHICK!!!). Oh yeah, in regards to DJ Purple playing an instrument behind the singers, I LOOK for songs to sing specifically so he can play along with me, so there.

Went one friday for karaōke. The sound system is not up to standard, the singers are rushed through witch keeps the flow moving fast. The kj purple kinda steels the spotlight from the singers with his sax playing. The crowd is very friendly and fun the drinks are good and strong, as far as a place to be yourself and have fun cool, not a place for serious karaōke singers

Its almost like a private club because you need to know the«front gate» to get in(see below) …but everyone is welcome… especially if you enjoy a fun night over a few drinks with nice company while listening & dancing to good/bad/other karaōke. What a fun place. Great friendly atmosphere. and really easy to meet people. Singers range from first-time-novices to wanna-be-idols and everything-in-between. They encourage singers to sing up-beat songs that will get the«vouyers» dancin’, so there’s always something happening. They attract some really good singers to this little«outta-the-way» place. Its cool. Its more about the fun than the singing, so be prepared for a good time. Friday nights from 9:00pm. WARNING; They close the front«IN» gate at about 9:00…so you enter via the adjacent«OUT» gate. The clubhouse is at back of carpark, behind pro-shop, near the driving range

To find this bar you pretty much have to be a local and/or «in the know». It is located at the Mariner’s Point Golf Course. On Friday nights they have a karaōke show. The DJ’s is a talented musician and is good about keeping the singers moving along. The only problem I have is that the sound is not all that great for the singer. You have a difficult time hearing yourself sing. Drinks are reasonable and the crowd is friendly. There is plenty of parking available at night, since no one is golfing at this time.
