Bhumi at Bloom Events, Foster City is such an organized planner! She knows how to be efficient without being pushy, how to be elegant without being fragile but best of all– she really puts on a fabulous event, every time! We, at Hackney Horse & Carriage absolutely love working with Bloom Events!

Love this place! They do such great hairstyles and their makeup artists are amazing. Definitely coming back no matter what. I love what michael has done with my hair from panache2. Bloom is great its a good place to go plus ever needed for a special occasion they come to you.

The Bloom owner contacted me after reading my review and apologized for the bad service/​haircut I received at Panache2. She offered to get me the correct product and switch it out in FC. I really appreciate her accommodating me and saving me another drive to Burlingame. She also offered to give me an eye brow threading for my troubles but I declined since I already have someone who does my brows.
I feel bad for the Bloom owner. She’s a nice woman and clearly wants to excel at customer service. I wish her a lot of luck in her skin care and makeup business. I hope her partnership with Panache2 doesn’t end up costing her more customers. Based on her customer service efforts, I’m increasing the rating by 2 stars.

Just discovered this boutique salon in Foster City! Got my eyebrows done for a great price :) Vicky is awesome — she does amazing hair styles as well! Thanks Girls!

I can easily give Bloom 5 stars.
They are new but they are very professional and experienced. My visit was comfortable and very enjoyable experience. I received an amazing haircut and great hospitality. The best part was, it was all at an affordable price and the atmosphere was fantastic. I can honestly say that I’ll never go to any other place. They also offer Head massage with warm oil, since I really enjoyed the haircut I went ahead and asked for scalp massage with warm oil. It was just the best 15 mins of my day.
The Manager there was very nice and was checking on me during my visit.
