We have worked with Sandy at ARM for the purchase of our home a few years ago and just closed our refinance with her yesterday. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that we received from Sandy. She is very knowledgable about the mortgage business and has a very good «feel» for when is the right time to lock in a rate. We locked in a no point/​no fee loan at a very good rate and Sandy very clearly explained our options and described how our choice to go with no points/​no fees would affect us in the long run.
