Donuts aren’t too shabby! Very doughy. The glazed donuts are pretty good. They’re very soft. There’s a lot of dough, not like the super airy cheap ones. They don’t always have the same selections though. They didn’t have cinnamon twist last time. Their chocolate sprinkled donut could use a more chocolate though. Their chocolate eclairs are basically just long chocolate donuts(with not enough chocolate). Their kolaches and croissants seem to go pretty quick, but I haven’t tried them. Note: There tends to be a small line on Sundays especially, but two people work the front, so it goes fairly quickly.

Dang good donuts! Not cinnamon rolls though unless you’re craving a donut in disguise.

Solid donuts and kolaches(however it is spelled) at great prices. It may not be eye pleasing but give them a shot if you are in the area.

Great donuts and fast service. I really like this place as their chocolate donuts. Best donuts around.

Love this place! So much better than Dale’s #9. It looks suspect from outside, but you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you walk in. I know I was. I plan to be in this location a long time and as long as I am I’m going here for donuts. +2 from my girls.

The owners have dropped the«and teriyaki» portion and I’m not sure if their signs ever read that, but they no longer do. They simply have breakfast foods. The normal donuts, donut holes, kolaches, and cinnamon rolls. Jalapeño sausage kolache– It was a large size so that was good. but it didn’t deliver. The sausage roll was not spicy at all, especially for having jalapeño in it. It barely even had a hint of jalapeño so I was very disappointed. But you could see green pieces of jalapeño in the sausage. The bread was very thick too, but a little dry and flaky… and not flaky in a good way like with biscuits. The chocolate sprinkles donut was a DISAPPOINTMENT. I really like those kinds of donuts and this one was less than par. Their could’ve been a bit more chocolate covering the top of the donut. It had a good amount of sprinkles, but the donut was very oily and hard quite frankly. We went rather early so I don’t presume it was hard from being out for a bit of time. I get that donuts are fried so there will be oil… but donuts never seem to be very oily themselves. This donut, however, left a lot of oil on my fingers after taking a bite and setting the donut down. I even peeled the bottom half of the donut that was kind of hard off to avoid eating it. They do have a HUGESELECTIONOFBOTTLEDDRINKS in coolers next to the register though so plenty of options; orange juices, soda, water, etc. But if you don’t have cash, get ready to spend more than $ 5 in order to use your card. Their building looks very run down and has bars on the windows. This place definitely needs to be renovated as the floors are terrible and the bathrooms worse. The girls bathroom locked, only in the sense that you could lock the door handle but it was rendered useless as the door doesn’t completely shut. I re-framed from using the bathroom at that point. They do have a seating area inside with a few tables, but those too are out of date. The owners and staff were friendly though. My bf thought their glaze donuts were very good though, so perhaps if you’re gonna try this place I’d go with that. But me, I don’t think I’d return.

Great doughnuts, great price. What’s not to love? I like to pick them up when we have to put in some saturday hours at the office, they are quick and friendly and the doughnuts make working a saturday morning not quite so painful.

I love this place! It’s not fancy,.but it’s fast, friendly, clean, and the donuts are great. Everything is super fresh. The apple fritters are sooo good if you’re up for some butter. But everything else is good too. On top of that, it’s pretty cheap, so you really can’t complain about a thing!

Don’t let the surrounding neighborhood turn you off, folks! Yoko isn’t in the best neighborhood but fortunately it’s on the outskirts of said neighborhood, so you don’t have to really venture too far in. After our favorite Donut place closed down last month, my fiancé and I needed a new spot. We were greeted warmly by a woman working behind the counter that took our order. We kept it simple as we had to get back on the road, two dozen donut holes and two chocolate twists. We also grabbed two drinks which brought our total to about $ 8.25. The price wasn’t too bad and we really loved the donuts. The flavor wasn’t too sweet or overpowering which was nice. The dough both felt and tasted fresh. There isn’t much you can say about donuts but I can tell you that Yoko’s are solid! We’ll likely be back for another visit.

We’re not big«donut people» to start with, but Yoko’s is seriously good for when nothing else but a fried cakeball will hit the spot. I agree with the the other reviews in a major way — the donuts are soft, not greasy(they don’t leave that donut-y paste on the roof of your mouth) … I’m a big fan of the buttermilk and cake donuts and the sausage rolls are pretty good as well. Definitely give it a shot — the owners are so nice!

I was very apprehensive to try this place and past by it many, many times thinking«scary». After all who puts teriyaki and donuts together??? lol However, after reading all the positive reviews from other Unilocalers I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside. Nothing fancy but clean. The sausage rolls were delish and the staff friendly.

This place is really a hidden gem. I stopped in because I was nearby and I remembered reading pretty good reviews for it. Location: Like everyone else I agree that the décor is basic but clean but the service was quick and friendly. Menu: There isn’t a ton of variety or super fancy sugar confections but they have all of the classics. I ordered a few donuts and a jalapeño roll and I give both 2 thumbs up! The jalapeño roll was warm and soft and spicy and YUM! The donuts are light and fluffy pieces of deliciousness! Overall I absolutely recommend checking this place out!!!

Once you get past the fact that the Teriyaki lunch box is non-existent, you realize that the donuts they make here will in fact make you go nuts. They’re amazing. The peeps behind the counter are nice. You can tell that they take a a lot of pride in their work. The place is clean and nicer than you’d expect out of a donut place. So this morning I decided thighs be damned, I’m going to get some donuts and this place is the closets shop. I got a jalapeño pig in a blanket which was huge btw, a smaller but no less tasty cheese pib and 6 donuts(don’t judge me… they make good gifts) and just for giggles and poots, the nice lady threw in some donut holes. The two kolaches were surprisingly good! Like really good! Great flavor and the jalapeño actually had a little kick to it which left me feeling overly gratified. The one donut I ate was also great as were the donut holes. Not too sweet but not just bread either. Just enough to make me enjoy it. I give this place 4 stars bc I’m comparing it to Max’s donuts in Allen. They are by far my favorite shop when I get the rare urge to indulge. But this place is really good and the people are nice. Give it a try!

I am no expert on donuts. I usually buy from the big chains like Dunkin’ Donuts and Krispy Kreme which I find to be too sweet at times and can only eat about 2⁄3 of it before feeling kind of sick. However, the glazed donut at Yoko’s is pretty good. It is light in texture and not too sweet. My favorite products at this shop though are the jalapeño and cheese sausage rolls and éclairs. I love the texture of the bread part of sausage roll and I love the kick from the jalapenos. As for the éclair, the cream filling is very delicious and not too sweet. I’m definitely coming back to try more products. This place is great for breakfast or brunch.

Teriyaki lunchbox? What teriyaki lunchbox, there ain’t no teriyaki here! Anyway… Donuts, as good as it gets. Soft, airy, light, not greasy, melt in your mouth. Lightly glazed, not overly sweet. Perfect. Kolaches, pretty good! Sausage was spicy and cheesy and has a nice bite to it. Bread was slightly sweet, yellowish, kind of like sweet potato bread. But a little too much bread on the sausage. But still good. Croissant ham and cheese, good! But need to take it home and toast it. Or else it’s kinda soggy and wet. Clean shop. Also, the lady here is very nice! I’ve been here 3 times and each time she gave me 6 free donut holes. :) I like!

My favorite donuts. The best is the cake with chocolate icing. The glazed are good too. Sweet but not overly so, like most donut places.

I was not a big fan of donuts and was skeptical when Margaret asked me to go here but was I wrong. Their glazed is as good as you can get and their sausage croissant(japanese style) is something you need to try. Too bad they close early, otherwise I would come here more often. Now I know where to go get some donuts when I am in Fort Worth!!!
