Whataburger

We come to this location because it is close to my mother-​in-​laws. This Whatabuger is always busy because of the location. The restrooms are clean enough and stocked, therefore, no complaints. They always have enough workers and I have not had to wait long for my meal.
The quality is okay, it is Whataburger after all. No one I buy for complains of the food when we eat here. The fries were hot and because we have dietary needs our sandwiches are made «special», they are hot and freshly assembled. The kids chicken tenders were not hot, or overly warm. In fact they were really crispy, almost dry, but edible.
Customer service — 5 star today
Cleanliness –4 star
Food — 3 star
Overall a 3 ½ star but did not want to give a 4 star to get any body’s hope up. As for me, it does rate more than a 1 star.

Awful, couldn’t even eat it. We just moved down from Canada so it’s our first and definitely our last experience at Whataburger… The bun is disgustingly thick and dense, atleast 6 times the width of the patty. They top their burgers with HUGE poorly prepped (still had skin and root, and not separated) raw white onions.
The fries were awful, definitely refried after sitting out a while.
Took at least 10 minutes to get the order and we were the only customers the entire time. Worst part, it’s not even a price that justifies the quality. With paid penny’s short of $ 9 a pop and we’re only drinking the cokes!
Headed to Chipotle now.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star. Wish I could post pic of my crappy meal. Pitiful. Was starved but suddenly ok… oh btw… Took 10 minutes… again, wish I could post pic, lol.
