VIP Nails & Spa

First time trying this place after a recommendation. Tried the powder dip for the first time as well. After 4 days one nail popped off… Okay, no biggie, got it fixed. 3 days later another one pops off. And I’m talking the whole nail literally came off, not just the tip. Now, not even 2 weeks later I’m down to FIVE nails left on my hand. What a waste of money and time. I will never go to this nail salon again.

Looove this place! Been going here for almost 3 years. I HIGHLY recommend them. John is my main nail tech most times I go. He does awesome work!

The place was very nice and looked clean. The lady that did my pedicure was super nice took her time and did a great job. The man that did my nails forgot I was waiting to get my nails done. I sat there for 30 minutes before anyone realized I was waiting. They were busy so he rushed through my nails and did not buff them properly. I will not be going back.

Their prices are great! Most expensive pedicure is $ 38.00. They have a wide variety of polish and the salon itself is very clean. However, you get what you pay for. This isn’t the nicest salon I’ve ever been to, but they are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend Helen, she is polite and very friendly.

I’ve here two times and loved my nails the first time. I called ahead for an appointment with Henry (he’s amazing!!) he seemed to be in a hurry and wanted to do my nails with the dip technique. although I did not ask for the «dip» nails he did them. I didn’t not ask for them all I wanted was the colored acrylic type. 8 days later my nails cracked and I’m never letting them do dip again. 35 $ for nails that lasted 8 days. I’m please with Henry just not that type of nails he did this past time.

Customer Service —
Came at 445 pm on Sunday right before they were closing on a Sunday and they were nice enough to let me in! For closing, the salon was still super packed, so I would recommend making an appointment if you’re coming in on the weekend. The two ladies who did my manicure/​pedicure were still super nice to me though, despite what I’m sure was a long days work.
Services (gel manicure and regular pedicure) —
I would highly recommend a gel manicure to anyone who sucks at maintaining their nails, like I do. Although it’s a little more expensive and takes more time than the regular manicure, but I PROMISE it’s well worth it in the end because you won’t have to come in and pay for a touch up. It lasts soooo much longer than a regular manicure. The woman I had was also very efficient at doing the gel manicure.
Pedicure was average. The regular pedicure comes with a nice scrub of which you can choose different scents so that was a nice added bonus. But many other salons I’ve been to have that as well.
Salon —
I also super appreciated how clean the salon looked. Because I stayed after their normal business hours, I also got to witness their end of the day cleaning procedures. They thankfully clean the jet tubs extremely well and sweep up nicely.
Overall, it was a great experience for the price. I got the gel manicure and pedicure, which came out to $ 55. I’ve definitely had more expensive ones with worse services so I will definitely be back to VIP!

I had a great experience here. My nails came out great, and everything was super clean. The overall atmosphere was nice. However, the wait time was kind of annoying, especially since there were chairs open. Things were busy, and several people ended up leaving before getting service. This is a great place if you’re not pressed for time. Or, maybe just don’t go on a Saturday afternoon, like I did.

Went in for a fill. Waiting time was ok but I was rushed out of there with unevenly shaped nails. Bubbles on the nail polish, my nails weren’t buffed right so it’s just a hot mess…
Not going back.

This place has a ton of colors and types of nails to get (like gel, solar, acrylic). Very clean and peaceful! The workers are nice and friendly always asking how your day went. I always bring in designs I see online to get and every does a great job!

Had a great pedicure with my dad and husband! They do a great job for $ 25! It was very clean in here! I didn’t get any polish on my nails and they were totally done with that!

This place is excellent! Just one person was in the pedicure area when i wslked in but within minutes the place was hopping. I was getting a nail repair with the owner (he did a very good job). He turned around to use an intercom to call someone. Suddenly a bunch of employees emerged from a back room to handle all the new customers. What a great idea, it always looks weird having lots of bored employees hanging around the salon paying on their iPhones.
Also, the pedicure customers were enjoying a glass of white wine during their sesson. The kids had juice or water. They even had boys and men getting a pedicure. That was a first for me!
The place was beautifully designed, tvs in each direction, and they knew what they were doing. Owner suggested a fill rather than just a repair but said I didn’t need a new set, he could fix them instead. He did a wonderful job and my hands look great, again. I was a walk in too, just traveling through, and he treated me like a good customer. This is a very nice place that indeed treats you like a VIP and very reasonable prices…

This was such a nice surprise for me. I generally go to places downtown (and pay for it) but have found the services to be mediocre lately… so I decided to give this a try. I thought everyone was so friendly, everything was reasonably priced, and the chairs aren’t broken (oddly this seems way too common). It was relaxing and well done! I know it’s not as «fancy» as some other places, but the overall service was better. Also, the towels were so clean you could smell the laundry detergent on them – thought this was a good sign!
I will definitely be back!

By far my favorite nail salon. They have a wide variety of colors for acrylic tips and my nails always come out looking unique and fantastic. The deluxe pedicure is the best and not all too expensive. They can do really cute designs too. Sometimes the customer service is a little off. It kind of feels like once your clear coat is on they’re done with you and you’re left on your own to figure out if your nails are dry enough to not mess up. Sometimes the wait is long though, a pretty popular place on the weekend.

Everyone is awesome here! Bring cash to tip… then the gals yet it at the end of their shift not later when the card runs!

A great pedicure consists of two things. First, a relaxing experience while you’re in the chair, where your feet go from rough and tired to smooth and revived. I honestly could’ve fallen asleep in the chair I was so comfy while getting a foot massage. Second, and often overlooked, is a GREAT paint job. A week later I still look down at my feet and admire how meticulously my toes were painted. Like others have said, this place is clean and the staff is very friendly. I’ll be back for sure.

VIP is a pretty standard nail salon as expected. What is pleasant about VIP is that the facility is very clean, the staff is professional, and the products used are superior to most nail salons. A simple natural manicure with some nail polish lasts me easily a week longer than other locations. I also enjoy the menu of lotions to choose from too. I have always left pleased and relaxed, but then again you should always leave a salon satisfied.

Alright, I like pedicures so sue me. I don’t go to nail salons all the time but I was happy with VIP Nails. Nice décor, friendly staff, and after I left my feet felt as soft as an angels wings. The prices are decent, probably on par with the few places I’ve been and I plan on going back again for all of my foot care needs.

I’ve been going to this nail spa since they opened. I recommend Lee for nails, he’s also your go-​to guy if you need anything or run into a problem. Don’t be afraid to tell him if you aren’t happy with something, he’ll take care of you in a heartbeat. I’ll take the first available technician for my pedicures. The hot rock pedi is my favorite, they wrap your feet in warm wet towels before the massage too. It’s the best! Another plus, the wide variety of moisturizing lotion to choose from: my all time favorite is tangerine & lemongrass. It’s invigorating all year round! The pedicure chairs are luxurious with relaxing massaging features. The atmosphere is tranquil, there are several televisions, and plenty of magazines too. You will be offered water or wine and always greeted with a smile. Don’t forget to tip!
