Every nut lover’s dream! They have every nut you can imagine. Roasted, Salted, Frosted, Candied, Honeyed. Pistachios, almonds, pecans, peanuts, and more. Trail mix typed stuff, tins full of chocolate covered nuts. Husband wanted to come here and take a look around. We walked out with chocolate covered cashews. A 1 ¼ lb tin for $ 17. Husband got burnt peanuts. The chocolate covered cashews are good. I’m not too sure on these burnt peanuts though. Looks like you can order through their website. Didn’t see any maple nut goodies in store, but they are on the website.

Vending Nut company is the only place I shop for pecans for my homemade pecan pies! They are always fresh and plump and worth the price you pay. The difference in taste in comparison to other stores pecans is worth the extra trip. Vending Nut is a family extension of the long time quality company Ellis Pecans of Fort Worth that closed its N Main Street location several years ago. The family continues the quality and friendly service at Vending Nut Company.

People were pouring in and out of this place when I went. They have candy, seeds, dried fruit, and of course nuts. The packing area is in the back and completely open for view. I’m not a huge nut eater, mostly because they’re so expensive and I don’t care that much, but I didn’t see the hype beyond the novelty of the place.

The prior reviewers are spot-on. This a great place with fresh nuts at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and always eager to give a suggestion. Don’t pay silly prices for nuts from lord-knows-where or to have them shipped… make a swing by the Vending Nut Co!

Great place to find nuts. Obviously :) Roasted, plain, salted, candied, packaged pretty or do it yourself. Peanut butter from here is the best. Extra busy around Christmas when people are shopping for gifts. There is a limited amount of parking in the front but if you turn on to Montgomery Street there’s a huge lot behind the store.

Aside from visiting my in-laws, this was my go-to spot for nuts while I was living in Fort Worth.(Just kidding, mother-in-law!) Where else can you get a pound of raw almonds for five bucks? I got those whenever I was trying to eat healthy, but indulged in the chocolate-covered ones from time to time. I even went here when I needed Jordan Almonds for my wedding. They have a nice selection of other nuts, so it’s a great place when you need stuff for events or gifts. I like their candies, too(my favorites are the cherry sours and white vanilla mints). Check ‘em out!

While in the area I wanted to stop by and check Vending Nut out. Since my long time fav(Ellis Pecan) is closing at the end of the year, I need to find an on-site replacement. First issue is the entrance and parking. You have to really pay attention to the arrow sign on the building off Montgomery St. Wow! WTH! On this day the place was packed. They actually do everything from online orders, shipping and stocking right here. I love the old soda and scale machines. Finding my way around the store without the assistance of the non-attentive workers/stockers it seemed bigger from the outside. Offfering a variety of nuts(even fresh roasted daily) from pine to flax seeds, candied in different chocolates and more. I made my selection of Pecan pieces, Walnuts and homemade orange slices which was always one of our favorites at the other nut store. The check-out counters have samples to try, sweeet! I didn’t find the service to friendly/welcoming along with the size portions being smaller than my old store and they don’t use re-sealable bags.

The freshest nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and candies you will ever find. All, fresh roasted and mixed daily. I have been going there since 1968. Planters Spanish peanuts in the can are just as good or better. Dares are fresher at Albertsons.

What a great place to shop for nuts and other snack type food! I’ve been coming here for years and years and find it hard to leave without buying one of everything in the store. First off, it is the place to go for whatever type of basic nut you need, whole or pieces, roasted or not, salted or not — they have them. Then there are the nut mixes. And the dried fruit of every variety. And the various types of candies and chocolate covered nuts. Peanut butter? Yes, organic of course. ‘Bridge’ mixes? Check. Pralines in the shape of TX? Of course. Gift baskets galore? Um-hum. Did I mention that the prices are excellent and as good as can be found anywhere for similar quality product? There is a lot packed into this old-fashioned ‘nut’ store. Visit. You will not be disappointed.
