Two Maids & A Mop

I hired this company several months ago and was very pleased with the service. However, the last few months have been full of problems. The cleaners clean the obvious items a client will see when they first get home giving the appearance of a clean house, but they do not dust all of the blinds, clean under items on the counter, or dust anything well. I complained several times and was never offered a discount on the service that was performed sub par. I bought several cameras to put throughout the house to see what they were not cleaning. I was astounded to see that they were spending half of their time looking out the windows playing with my dog. I watched them skip over dusting half of my downstairs. If you want someone to come vacuum your house and wipe down your counters hire this company. If you want a company that provides consistent service with attention to detail seek another company. This company starts out strong and after several months the level of service declines.

Hired this company for a move out move in deep clean and was assured that the house would be cleaned from top to bottom. But, the only places that were cleaned satisfactorily were the cabinets. They left the doors with dust, the blinds were not cleaned. I thought they were going to clean the floors but they used only their microfiber rug on the floors. When I asked them on the areas not cleaned like blinds, they said they were not allowed to clean them, just dust them. When the owner was informed, he came by to inspect the next day armed with a microfiber rug and proceeded to wipe the areas down. Just wiped them down. In short, if you want light feather dusting and your floors cleaned with a swiffer mop, then they are your people. For real cleaning of your house, I wouldn’t recommend them.

When I’ve thought about a house cleaning service in the past, it seems like they are very expensive. This one was reasonably priced and they did a great job! There were two maids and a supervisor who stopped by for about half the time. They seemed very professional and to work hard to do a good job. My only complaint is that because it is a larger company, they wouldn’t move small objects to vacuum around them, such as chairs.

These guys were great! I called late on Friday and they were able to come on Monday morning, just before the in-​laws came. They did a great job cleaning. When you call you find out that they are paid based on the how well they clean. I did a one time deep clean but I will be getting a regular service now.
