Well, I’m sorry to hear that Sandy C. had a negative experience, but mine could not be more different. I have been going to Dr. Warren over a year now and am about to go through my 2^nd rather significant dental procedure. I am more than a bit «phobic» when it comes to the dentist visits and Dr. Warren as well as his staff have gone the extra mile to make me comfortable and relaxed during those visits (and procedures). I have had a number of good dentists over the years, but this guy is the cream of the proverbial crop as far as I am concerned and would gladly drive hours to see him in the future. His staff is no less than spectacular as well. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the standard daily office visit, or having to reach out to them after hours to address an urgent issue. I’m treated like I’m a member of their own family in need of help. I’m not the type of person to go out of the way to write a review, but I felt compelled to in this instance. I can’t recommend Dr. Warren and his staff more! (Thanks Joyce, Mary, and several other names that escape me at the moment).

Dr. Warren is great. His office manager is a witch. And they reschedule you so much they end up making mistakes in what they are supposed to do for you.
I told them how nervous I was, specifically told them I would not be able to sleep the night before and didn’t know if I would even be able to just walk into the door for the dental work. I didn’t sleep and was wound up tight with fear, stress and anxiety when I got there.
Because of his awful office manager, she made a mistake and got mad at me, I left and found another dentist. Gentle Dentistry of Las Colinas.
Before I even told them I wouldn’t be able to sleep, they asked if I would like a pill the night before to help with anxiety and sleep. What? That’s even possible? Dr. Warren and his staff never mentioned it. So Gentle Dentistry of Las Colinas gave me a valium 5mg the night before, another pill an hour before and a pill just before the dental work and I was feeling no fear, no anxiety, very comfortable. Little pain.
Something else Dr. Warren and his staff didn’t offer was an option on how to treat my painful tooth, even after I told them the cost was a problem. They told me a root canal and crown had be done.
Denise at Gentle Dentistry of Las Colinas, spent a lot of time with me going over treatment and price options. I had the tooth pulled and save $ 800.
