I hired Michael because I loved the candid shots in his portfolio. He is personable, professional, and managed to be everywhere without being in the way. I adore the moments that he captured during our ceremony, but especially at the reception. He was very timely in his responses and I received all edited photos within 8 weeks. He really captured the spirit of the evening and I could not be more pleased with his product. I would refer him in a heartbeat.

It is unfortunate that you hired the wrong photography company. We are a fine art photography company and your vision was all standard color photos with no creativity, I think our website speaks for itself. For clarification on taking too long to capture images, you set the timeline and were unhappy that when we returned to the venue 10 minutes ahead of schedule your guests had eaten, totally out of our control. I would put the quality of the photos taken at your wedding against professional photographers any day. We use state of the art equipment and your CD’s were the highest resolution possible in fact one of the photos is being shown in the bridal shows as a 24X36 size. I will as we discussed take ownership for the album, although it was high quality it had too much «fine art work» for your liking. After you expressed your dislike you asked for a dollar amount (refund) which I met.
In all the years in this business this is the first negative review we have received. Again I am sorry that you were unhappy however I feel we provided the best customer service possible. You hired a photographer that does not take photographs. We provide artwork.
