Dr. Kellam was easy to speak to. She immediately puts you at easy and truly listens to what you have to say. Even when I was finding it difficult to articulate what I have been going through and felt like I was just rambling, she was able to understand, rephrase and then repeat it back to me in order to ensure she understood where I was coming from. I felt like l had been seeing her for years on my first visit. Huge upgrade from my former healthcare professional which did not have his PHD. I think that unless your caregiver has this level of education the level of support is compromised.
