These guys are great. I’ve been using them for mail and other services and working with them for the past 4 years. Randy and all of the employees are super nice and know me by name. The UPS store rocks.

This is the worst place to go to mail things. The staff was extremely rude, and lied about the prices and shipment fees. Further, the tracking system for UPS was extremely inaccurate, saying it was on time, but it wasn’t. I would recommend to those trying to send shipment to not use this store or UPS for that matter. You will never get your items shipped on time.
