I want to thank Dr. Salazar and the whole team for making my bad back experience great! thank you so much for all your help, I highly recommend Texas Injury Clinic, and even though I’m all healed up and my back is better, I will definitely continue to see Dr. Salazar regularly for adjustments!!!

I was on vacation visiting Fort Worth when I had a headache with a sore neck and upper back. I had seen the clinic sign when I went to Esperanza’s restaurant across the street and was in so much pain I decided to give them a try. I see a Chiropractor twice a month at home and am familiar with adjustments etc.
The office is big, spotless, and full of rehab equipment. The staff is friendly, helpful and I felt taken care of immediately. I was so impressed with the amount of time Dr. Williams spent with me, finding the cause of my pain, explaining what he was doing, and giving me advise on how to prevent the issues in the future.
I felt so much better after his gentle adjustment, my headache was completely gone! I went back for another adjustment a few days later and with that, all my neck and upper back pain was gone.
I wish I lived in Fort Worth — this is a great Chiropractic office!
