Subway

I have gotten a footling sandwich all meat and cheese on one side only veggies on other half. I have done this at several locations for the last ten years. I ordered it today and manager looked at me like I was stealing something and after sandwich was made told me I would be charged two separate sandwiches and charged for extra meat. I explained it was the same as a footlong and she argued with me saying no it is new management and it don’t work like that. I bought sandwich for little girl with me but said I do not want other half. She walked to the back dialing phone and returned to say I was right I could do my sandwich like that. I was so upset how she had treated me in front of my daughter and two friends. I manage a restaurant and would be fine if I could no longer do this, things change, however the way she handled it was unreal! This subway is by my house but I do not plan on returning if under this management. The lady speaking to me was African American with a blonde wig red shirt and name tag had tape on it. Could not read name but looked like it started with a T

It is definitely the bread that makes an east coast sub the best, anyway customer service was great, but that counting ever, tomato, pickle onion they put on the sandwich is sickening… man the only they don’t count is the lettuce and they will give you mounds of that… other than meatball subs I’m done with subways
