Worst subway ever, the person making my sandwich did not want to change gloves after handling money, he was rude and rude to the girl who just started (who made her sandwiches perfect) he got the order wrong. Our chicken was frozen, we asked for toasted and he only put it in for a few seconds (it hadn’t even beeped yet) our chicken was still frozen. Will never go here again!

UNSANITARY PRACTICES. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The sandwich artist was so kind but NOT CLEAN. As he was making my sandwich, he went to the back to restock some pepperoni. Okay, no big, it happens. Oh… he still has the gloves on… and he has touched door handles… comes back to the counter with the new batch of pepperoni… and dips his dirty gloved hands back into the meat to continue making my sandwich. Gross. The only thing that kept me from asking him to change gloves was the realization that this guy had contaminated an entire bucket of meat, veggies, and Lord knows what else he dipped his hands into.
No thank you. Want to spend a night on the golden throne filled with regret? Not I. I gave the sandwich to my dog.

EXACTLY the same experience as Christine E. — unfriendly, unprofessional, no manners, no apologies about missing ingredients. I had been in there before — must be different people that don’t give a rat’s hind end, as I never had a problem before. I SOOO wish upper management would read these reviews! Like Christine, I will never go in this store AGAIN! The female looked at me like I was crazy with a blank stare when I said I didn’t want any mayo or dressing — my friggin’ choice, OK? They both looked at each other, like I unjustifiably expressed my concerns about missing ingredients — RUDE!!! The jerk that took my money almost tossed the bag at me and didn’t even say thank you. I was visibly irritated but NOT a bitch!!! Even if I was, bite the bullet! The absolute WORST is neither off them apologized. It is the worst customer service I have had in I don’t know when.

Let me give negative. This store is absolutely awful! We live right next to it and have been there tons of times because it’s so convenient. But every single time we go the customer service is awful, it’s like it’s ran by stoned teenagers with bad attitudes. No professionalism at all. They are always out of tons of ingredients. They only had one kind of bread, no olives, no tomatoes, no onions, no lettuce, all they had for your sandwich was spinach and pickles… They look at you like your crazy if you ask them why they are out of so many ingredients. No one apologizes or smiles. It’s awful and now we drive all the way to heritage trace to eat at that subway.

I will never eat at this store again. The guy that made my food looked stoned out of his mind. He started making my food with no gloves and didn’t wash his hands. I had to repeat everything multiple times. Not only the worst service I’ve ever had at a subway, but the salad was not chopped up the meat and cheese was still in whole pieces with minor cuts in it. He dumped so much vinaigrette on it that it was almost inedible.

My first ever eatery of any kind that welcomed me to Fort Worth. While nostalgic, Subway is to Subway as McDonald’s is to McDonald’s: its a formula that is hard to mess up.
This location is actually pretty good. While the food is really hard to mess up (choices of bread, cheese, veggies, meat is pretty much it), its pleasing to see that during the rare times that I return here, the customer service has been pleasant. No, in fact, the customer has been pretty dang good! I seem to always have a smile and good word from someday, despite them working 9 days in a row, or just after a holiday. Its just a good thing to see.
As most Subways are franchised-​operated & owned, its good to see that the owner of this location continues to hire good folks that want to work, and not just milk the clock. Occasionally, you’ll see that in any business entity that you walk into, yet you can tell within the food services industry on when someone is faking their genuine customer concern or not. The customer service has been consistently good at this location over the years.
Clean environment throughout, from the door to the bathroom. Although the quality of food is different from a Wich Wich, Schlotzsky’s, Jersey Mike’s or other popular sub sandwich venue, at least Subway has remained consistent in their «food formula.» There is always a marketing promotion in saving a couple of dollars off, as well as the offer in an upsell of larger beverage or chips & cookies.
Nonetheless, its good to have Subway around, especially in Western Center. Eat Fresh!

I just plain love Subway! I wish I could eat here everyday!!!
