Typical experience here that is the same as other franchises that I have been too. It’s pretty hard to mess up food when the customer gets to watch it made. Decent food. Easy to get in and out very quickly as they aren’t ever overly busy. Store looks clean and taken care of.

First, their bread is consistently stale. This time around, it crunched like a croûton. Blah. But the real dealbreaker is that two bites into my sandwich I find a long brown hair. They offered to make another sandwich for me, but I wanted a refund. There was no way I was going to eat a different hairy sandwich. Management refused a refund because I didn’t have a receipt. I opted for not taking one at checkout. Who would’ve thought they’d care more about $ 6 than they would having a repeat customer.
