I drove out of my way to go to this Starbucks because the one near me doesn’t have good service so this was just another disappointing visit I am done with Starbucks. It’s too hard to try to find one who actually gives good service for the price

I like this location, I’ve been here a lot and the employees are friendly too. I’ve gotten the fizzle teas I didn’t like it that much but the frappucinos are always yummy to me. I recommend the tomato mozzarella sandwich and the pumpkin bread those are super delicious. Their strawberry acai tea is pretty good too, so is the green tea.

OK it’s Starbucks, so what can you say about a chain where everyone knows the score, right?
Super friendly staff, no long wait times, clean and comfortable seating. By far my favorite Starbucks in the area, especially if you like the customer interaction side of their business model,
I am a venti flat white 99% of the time and have never had a bad one here but have at other Starbucks so that’s a definite plus.
As far as staff go, everyone single one’s a charmer. Of all the Starbucks in the area, I would term this one the laid back Starbucks.

I go to this Starbucks almost every morning or afternoon. I’m absolutely in love with it and totally spoiled by the super fast service and delicious drinks/​food. I usually go through the drive thru and even when it’s very long, I usually get through it in less than 10 minutes. The baristas are so friendly and always make you feel appreciated. It’s such a great way to start my day. Love this Starbucks!

The people here tend to be short with you sometimes rude. I’ve had my drink made wrong, I’ve gotten attitude once when I had a question about something because they didn’t know the answer. I’ve been told that I’m wrong about a drink I’ve literally drank 100 or more times. Not to mention being told that I need to mention something before they make a drink so as not to inconvenience them. These happened with different baristas at this same location. I’ve been here like five or six times and I keep giving it a chance because it’s so close to my house and I am a Starbucks lover for sure. I visit Starbucks a few times a week at the least. I am disappointed with this location every single time. Now I remember why I don’t mind driving out of my way to a better location. This was your last chance and you blew it. I won’t be back to this one.

Enjoyed every time we have stopped by. Service good but room for improvement. Coffee taste was right on. We have two Starbucks close to our house and enjoy this one much more then the Rufe Snow location.

Wow… This location is usually awesome but the Sunday staff today was not friendly and seemed only to bet interested in gossiping amongst themselves. No greeting, so cheer, so smiley faces. Couldn’t wait to get our coffee and go…

Yuck 2nd time I ordered a venti Carmel macchiato. The first time I understood why I tasted so much of the bitterness of the expresso since I agreed to an extra shot. Yet today I didn’t n my coffee taste the same horrible. I go to several different locations and they are delicious. Wondering if its this location.

Love this location. Quick drive-​thru, friendly employees and great coffee. The only reason I didn’t give this 5-​stars is because they aren’t very accommodating if your drink isn’t right, even when it’s not by any fault of your own. That has only happened once here, so I’m a happy customer. This is further from my house, but the extra drive is well worth a good experience.

I really like this location. Easy to get to and the staff are great. Line is not very long during peak times and drinks are made correctly. Also, I have had to pay it forward the most at this location from people in front of me paying for my drink. Sandwiches are cooked correctly and they don’t seem to run out of items very quickly.

First and foremost, coffee at this location is consistenly well made. There’s a lot to be said for that. Second, the main thing I like in a coffee shop is a place I can go for a few hours for some peace and work in solitude. This is not the location for that. It’s noisy and their music contributes to that. It’s folksy but it’s turned up too loud. Think I’ll look for another location for these kinda days.

I have never felt so awful about making a mistake on my $ 6 latte. It seemed slow; I was the only one in the drive thru line and few cars scattered around the lot. I frequent this Starbucks if I am taking a right turn in and right turn out because i don’t know… I am obsessed with Starbucks and find any excuse to stop by one. Usually things are pretty standard here — I order, I pay, I’m happy. But this time I made a mistake on order. I pull up to the window and hope to be greeted quickly so I could ask for my customized drink to be made the way I would prefer. The drink had already been made and yes, I know it’s difficult of me to ask for them to please remake a new one. But the way the lady glared at me as if I caused her such an unpleasant inconvenience really struck me. I’ll still frequent here because of the location but beware of the grouchy mean drive thru lady.

This was the best experience at Starbucks I’ve ever had. They were so nice and started small talk with us. And that was nice. They must really enjoy working there lol. I normally just get a what do you want at other Starbucks. But this one was more friendly. So that’s good. Would prob come to this one more often.

This has become my «Go-​To» Starbucks, even if a little off my beaten path. They are open at 5:30 AM for those early start days… and the drive-​thru folks have both a smile and a sense of urgency sometimes missing at other Starbucks…
Venti Pike Place with 1 inch of whole milk… easy peasy… thats how I roll…

If I’m heading south on 377 in the morning, most likely to jump on loop 820, and if I don’t already have a cup of coffee in my hand, this Starbucks gets the job done. I’ve never had an issue with slow service, it always seems to be about the same as any other Starbucks. I’ve never used the drive-​through though, as 99% of the time I’m getting a large, excuse me, venti drip coffee. Adding cream and sugar (Sugar In the Raw that is) is just something I want to do for myself.
Bottom line: I’ve been here more than once and I’m sure I’ll be back again.

I just love this place… even if it is only because of the drive thru! I mean, why doesnt EVERY starbucks, that is not inside a store or mall, have a drive thru! best thing since sliced bread.
And at this one, the lady on the intercom taking my order is ALWAYS overly chipper. I know it’s not the same lady every time, but they must put them through a microphone enhancement course or something. And as always. my pumpkin spice, vanilla or iced coffee is always done just the way like it. Kinda like BK! LOL
The PSL today hit the spot. and helped out the tenson headache I was suffering from today, i guess that is what I get for taking 2 kids to Target on a Sat afternoon.
