I got an awesome gel dipped manicure today here, and we always have good service with reasonable prices. Some days are busier than others, but you can always call ahead for an appointment. They have several very skilled nail techs (ask for Tammi or Travis).

Let’s start with the employees. They are rude to new customers, only treat the long time customers with respect. They say complimentary beverage at your visit and they only offer you something to drink if they feel like it.
The colors they have on display for gel polish, they don’t even have half of them. Most of them are old and need to be thrown out.
They take such a long time to do your nails. I went in for a gel manicure (I already presoaked my polish off at home because they charge you to take it off!) and it literally took an hour and a half for a gel manicure. They have this new guy in there that filed my nails super short and slanted and drilled my nails so thin! He continued to use this old polish on my nails that was not working and eventually had to drill the polish off because my nail polish looked like an ombré gone wrong! Burned my fingers and made my nails so thin! Then had the nerve to try and charge me $ 35!!!
I also had a pedicure and the one lady in the back right corner was rushing super fast (no one was even waiting) and she stabbed my toe with her tool. I couldn’t even relax after that. I also asked for a French and to use the french pink; she literally made me get up and find the color myself.
They are rude, over priced and slow. I do not recommend them and I will not be going back. I gave them lots of chances to prove me wrong and they failed me once again. Also, they have a 20% off services sign out front. don’t let this fool you! They jacked the prices up then discounted them, so you aren’t saving any money!

Worst pedicure experience I’ve had in a long, long time. I only went there because of a promo sign in the parking lot. The girl doing my nails had «no idea» about the sign in the parking lot for 20% off. She just kept saying «no 20% off» until another girl told me the discount is included on the menu of choices. How is it a promotion if it’s on the printed and laminated menu?! They did not offer me a drink and the water was tepid once she finally filled it up (I sat in the chair for a while without water). Pedi prices started at $ 35 for a 15 minute massage. I timed the massage and it was only 9 minutes. I know that is picky, but they already tried to rip me off with the «promotion,» so I had a bad feeling. She tried to get me to spend $ 5 more to get the extra 5 minutes I already paid for! False advertising, unwarranted up selling, and poor service. Never going back and I have plenty of friends and fam that won’t either after hearing this.

Superrrrr slllooooowwww. The last time i was there I got a manicure and my nail got infected! Disgusting! Enough said right?
