We I just experienced the worst customer service from the Assistant Manager, JENNIFER! She walked into the establishment with an poor attitude. We ordered gift cards that required in-store delivery. We received confirmation from the shipping company that our order was delivered December 9. We phoned the location prior heading to the store and were placed on hold for 27 minutes. After arriving to the store we stood at the custom service counter for more than 15 minutes waiting for a manager to help us. The poor sales associate, Yessenia, was clearly put in an awkward situation, as the sales line grew while waiting on a manager. We witnessed three customers walk out of the store without their items. After another 5 minutes the assistant manager walked in. She approached asking if we’d been helped with an annoyed tone. As she walked around to the sales counter she gave a fellow sales associate a negative look. She came to work on the defensive. We should have know at that stage that she was going to be less than helpful. She typed our order number into her computer and turned around and stated our order had not been delivered. We showed her the delivery notice and asked if she could research further. Her answer, one word, NO! We asked if she could offer additional assistance. Her answer, one word, NO! By that time I had to voice my opinion… Their customer service SUCKED! Then she told me she’d do more when we left the store. What was she going to do!?? She clearly didn’t want to help while we were standing there. We suggest Staples offer additional training to employees they place in managerial positions. We would also suggest they staff their stores adequately. If you’re reading this, We hope your experience is much better than ours. Not sure if we will ever use Staples again. There are several alternative office supply companies to choose from these days. They don’t even deserve ONE star — but it is required in order to post my review. UPDATE: We finally received our gift cards… The crazy thing is they were there the ENTIRE time. Luckily our second visit to the store was a success due to the effort of STUART! He was extremely helpful and actually took the time to look at our delivery confirmation and realized that it was shipped USPS not UPS and being held in the front of the store and not the storage room. YAY for STUART!

The service is a joke and don’t bother trying to use their copy center. They never have anything in stock and expect you to be on standby while they figure it out, IF they figure it out. If you don’t follow up on your order, you won’t get your order. I’m sticking with FedEx from now on!

I would give zero stars but Unilocal will not allow it. This is the worst customer service and follow thru I have ever seen. Manager Lisa clearly is not training her employees to do there job correctly and the customers suffer because of it. I would suggest office max or Office Depot When in Fort fort as staples is absolutely terrible! Staples grade is an F. HORRIBLE just HORRIBLE!

This location is pretty good. It is clean and has a good lay out. There didnt seem to be much staff to help me find what I was looking for but I found what I needed. While I was checking out a woman asked for stamps and the cashier told her we do not sell stamps. Needless to say there was a huge sign in front of their face that said«buy stamps here». lol

Okay… I’ve given this place a chance. I’ve been here 3 times in the past 3 weeks, and each time the self service printers have been«out of order.» If you need anything printed quickly, this place is rarely able to deliver. I’ve also had business and personal documents printed here in the past. It takes forever, and they are not great at directions(single sided, double sided to bind along long side, etc.) which makes you have to go back in and get things re-done. They obviously have management and customer service issues. I hope they are able to fix it, because the location is convenient! But so far, coming here has been a waste of my time.

The saving grace of Staples is that they are near and allow you to submit printing jobs online. That’s where the kudos ends. For a store that is near a major university, interstate, upscale shopping center, world class golf course, and is huge, the copy/print services are terrible. Despite me paying for rush service online, the products are never done on time. When you approach the counter, the workers act as if you’re not there. It’s infuriating(having worked retail, the most important thing is to acknowledge your customer when they arrive.) I don’t blame the workers. I blame a culture of indifference and understaffing by the company.
