This is the worst sonic ever! I keep coming back because it’s the closes to our house but after this time never again… They had no fountain drinks so we ordered shakes, 40 min later still waiting on our order of 2 mini shakes… wow big order hu… We told them to cancel our order and make shure we are credited back on our credit card… they said there are only 3 or 4 of us working tonight Wow their was only 3 car’s lame excuse… never again. Until their is some major changes… its been this way for months what is the deal…

So… second time I’ve given this place. And it was the second time I sat with the red button pushed for over 25 min and no one responded. I think they need to learn to just staff up during lunch time… but hey, I won’t be going there again, so good luck and good night, sonic in downtown.

Lazy people that work here, this is by far the worst sonic I have ever visited out of any state I have ever been to. They will take 20 minutes to make two shakes without a single other customer. They don’t participate in the half price shakes after 9 and hire lazy morons. Great location, needs new management, owners and staff like YESTERDAY!

This place is so convenient on my way to work in downtown but I wait in drive thru for 15 min everytime I stop. I’m done. So slow. Horrible service.

It should not take 15+ minutes to go through the drive through in the morning when I have to be at jury duty and there are only 4 cars ahead of me. This isn’t rocket science. People are not pleasant. Was not greeted or thanked.

Pass this particular sonic up. They concentrate on the drive up window and ignore the stall customers. I waited and waited for my order and I called in using the red button and they kept asking have I got my order and what I ordered. I finally went inside to inquire further and they had no idea about anything. I glanced to the take out table and I see my order and apparently it had been there for a while. I don’t know if they went to Burger College or not but they were brain dead the day I went. Just a side note-I left without my order, just to make a point–

Took way too long to get the food. The young lady working the register and window didn’t know how to do both at the same time. The food was alright but for a 4-piece chicken strip meal, getting a piece that was half the size of one of my fingers? Yikes. No napkins either through the drive through!

Your order wont be right, but at least you’ll get it quickly. I had to repeat my breakfast order twice. I got my meal, and lo and behold! It was wrong. Screw it. I’ll take a croissanwich or whatever… I just need to get to work. If I have time, I won’t come here, but if I’m crunched for time, I’ll stop.

Just your average Sonic. Can’t beat a route 44 cherry limeade during«happy hour». Only $ 1.40

We hit this joint on the way back from seeing«Chicago: The Musical» at Bass Hall(fantastic show at an even more fantastic venue) for some late night eats and drinks. I ordered the featured Blazin’ BBQ Loaded Burger and my wife got tots and her usual Route 44 Diet Coke. The tots were crisp and perfectly done, and the burger seemed a little busy with all of the ingredients, but was quite good. Being a true heat fiend, I could have went for more habanero, but it was really good just as it was, so no major complaints. A good meal with the convenience of drive-in service!

I frequent this Sonic on the way home most afternoons. If I am lucky enough to be leaving early, I can catch happy hour(2 to 4 pm) and get my drink for the drive home. I’m looking for the 44 oz behemoth myself. I drink enough diet sodas to make the doctor frown, but we each need our vices, right? This one has the car hop service you find at all Sonic’s, but it also has a few indoor tables and a drive-thru. I love the drive-thru for a quick turnaround before I start the long drive home. Like most Sonic’s the service is friendly and quick. The wait time for my order is usually short. If diet Dr. Pepper isn’t your thing, they offer a huge variety of soft drinks and even more options with flavors to add. You could spend a long time just trying all of the combinations. When I actually do more than buy a drink, I’m a big fan of the foot long hot dog; you’ll have to ask for mustard and onions, but I suggest that you do. After all, not enough places you can get a foot long anymore. Cheese tots are my favorite accompaniment. If I am feeling particularly wicked, I’ll add a Sonic Blast — usually Butterfinger. The other food is typical fast food stuff and doesn’t really stand out for me. It is the world’s best ice and big cups that keep me coming back.
