Ordered chicken wings and 5 pc Cinnastix, as desert. It was a to go order. Got home. Well guess what? No frosting for the Cinnastix!!! I want my $ 3.00 tip back! On the other hand, how many drive through, or take out orders are correct? Total incompetence, industry wide!

There drinks taste like drinks again. still having problems with the intercom. word advice if your there more then a few mins waiting on some1 to answer drive up to the window and give them your order.

HORRIBLE! We went there last week to get our girls sonic blasts. After waiting a good 10 mins they forget one. I overlooked it… I’ve worked fast food for many years… things happens… I can be understanding, but when this happens ALL the time then it’s time for the managers to make some changes!
Today I ordered ONE DP and 3 cars pull up AFTER me and they get there drinks while I’m still sitting there. I tell the girl and she brings it to me and says don’t worry about paying… I ALREADY PAID WITH MY CARD!!!
Seriously what’s going on there?
You NEED better service!!!

Service was great. However, food tasted off. I’ve been at my fair share of Sonics and know what mozzarella sticks and a cherry limeade should taste like. The sticks were mushy– not the typical crunchy outside. Kind of tastes like someone threw them in the microwave a little too long. Also, my cherry limeade basically tasted like a warhead. Wayyyyy too much like. This is my signature drink and I’ve never had one that tasted like this.
Someone in the kitchen needs to make these drinks standard and stop putting their own twist on things.

Great deal on burgers tonight at half price but the wait will cost you more than the savings! I truly feel they wanted more business but we’re not prepared and many customers there were complaining about the 20 – 30 minute wait. Take my advise, stay clear on half price burger day!

They have a great deal after 8 pm for half price shakes… the one thing I hate about their shakes is that they are very thick but give you tooth pick size straws… might as well be thin shakes… get larger size straws…
