I love love love this location! The staff are super helpful and are problem solvers when it comes to bra fittings. The cool nights pj’s are so soft also! I also tried the new enhancing shape bra and I love it. Go to this location for great customer service!

I went to Soma on University to be fitted for a bra a couple of months ago, and was not fitted well. I had never been fitted before but trusted the associate at the time. I was constantly being interrupted by people knocking on the door to the dressing room hoping to rush me out. I spent $ 200 that day. After getting home I only wore one because it never felt right, it was not a secure fit, no matter how I tried to make it work. I called to ask what to do about it, and before the question was finished, the associate told me they would not refund the one I wore because they stand behind their fitting. They were wrong. I had no reason to call if they were a good fit. I can order from their catalog next time, or give my business to Victoria’s Secret next door.

This review is about a year overdue however necessary. I bought some items for my wife from here for a gift. One of the items was a bra with a clasp in the front which she wasn’t very fond of. No problem, I had just bought it and still had the receipt. Well sure enough when We got there there was a problem. Even though the bra still had the tags on it and had obviously not been worn they would not return for cash or credit back to by card. They were only willing to give store credit, even with a receipt. Not good business. No problem, now my wife spends all our money at Victoria’s Secret. Their loss.

This visit was overdue. The store was smaller than I thought, but it was well organized.
Immediately upon entering I was approached by a friendly and knowledgeable employee named Natalie. She made the experience easy and enjoyable. I love my new things and I will definately return

This place seemed cool from the outside, not so much on the inside. I felt like I was totally out of place.
