I can’t believe this place… Their sales tactics are ridiculous! I vape, and they never have any oils I use (I only use two types). I went in once and instead of giving me the one I asked for because they were out, This guy slips me a different, disgusting flavor that I never would have wasted money on. To top it off, I needed new hardware for my ecig, which, no surprise they didn’t have. Instead, they dupe my wife into buying a different type of hardware, swearing up and down that it works, I try it, and my vapor tastes disgusting. Probably because this hardware was designed for a different system! When I went to return it, they pointed to a sign that said «All sales final» So that’s their tactic… Deceive customers, get you out the door, and that’s that. Now I’m forced to go all the way to arlington to get simple things because of the unprofessional nature of these people. If they didn’t have it, no big deal, but because I’m deceived into wasting money on second-​rate products, this place is blacklisted as far as I’m concerned… A small tip, If they say they don’t have a specific thing you’re looking for, cut them off there and just walk out. Nine times out of Ten, they’ll follow up by trying to force a sale on you with false information.

Ever since that Skrillex looking manager started there the quality of customer service has non existent. The only time I go there now is for grunge (when fusion or Habbits is out) All the care there is money. They will sell you cheap glass and spice. And RECOMEND the worst things to unedjucted customers, why? Because they cant get away with there NO REFUND policy. I suggest Habits or Fusion, those people arent fake and dont make millions while paying employees minimum wage!

Stopped in to pick up my birthday present to myself as I had sold my hookah a little over a year ago just to be able to move out here to TX. The staff was really cool with helping find the right size for me, accessories, and shisha (of which they had a large selection to say the least!).
While they were totaling my purchase, I wandered around the rest of the store and must say that ‘House of Pipes’ is the perfect description. This place had absolutely everything and some incredible specialty blown ones that the artistic ability and quality seriously blew my mind. There’s a couple deep-​sea angler fish, a glass rubber ducky, and a piece that when held up, gives you a sweet mustache and eye brow with eye glasses combo. Tough to describe– you just need to see it to believe it is all.
Really cool store with everything you could need or want from pipes, hookahs, tobaccos, cigars, shisha, and more…

The place is nice and clean, the staff is polite. HOWEVER, I question their business practices. I paid with my debit card and the cashier asked for my ID. He made a copy of them BEFORE asking me if this was okay. If I knew he was going to do that, I would have paid cash. They store your CC & ID to prevent charge backs, which I can sympathize with them on that. In addition to this I had to provide them with a thumb print on the receipt. All that to buy $ 10 worth of cigars.
