I want so badly to ratw this place 1 star but im trying to be fair. Ive gotten my hair cut here 6 times. I waited 90 minutes on my forst visit and My first haircut was such a wreck that I had to return to have all of my stray hairs cut again an hour later. The lady had to soend another 5 minutes going over it and back over it again and again and then made passive aggressibe remarks about me returning an hour later. That of i didnt like it i shouldnt have left. I tipped her $ 7 cash on my initial visit. My 2nd visit was from a man that was less than friendly. Got a good haircut but was a bad experience. 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th visit was with another female and they were both great cuts and pleasent visits. I dont rememeber any of their names. Well, today I worked 12 straight hours and to get to the salan before 8:00PM to get my hair cut. It’s a special 1 year anniversary with my wife. I needed my haircut for work and wanted it cut before going home to spend time with my wife. I arrived at 7:37PM and walked in to be seen. The man told me he was closing soon and couldnt cut my hair. I verified with him that he was open until 8:00 pm. He said he was going to start closing soon though. He said he had to start closing at 7:45 because he had to bring in the signs and run the money(30′) to the bank(in the walmart). I told him i really needed my haircut and rushed all day to get here. He was already counting out the register and putting money in a bank bag. He didnt even say he was sorry, just that he was closing soon and I had to leave. Not wanting to argue with him I left. I purchased some flowers for my wife and a chocolate bar for her. I Drive home and was there by 7:50pm. I explained what happened to my wife and was trying to file a complaint online with the store. Their website had errors. So I decided i would come here and then the BBB. These people can’t do this. I’ve worked in resturant, sales, retail, and cutrently in the service/transportation industry. You don’t do that. You serve all that make it through the doors before closing time and service them. No matter how inconvenient. I would have never gotten away woth this in any of my previous jobs, and definately not with my current employer. I brought $ 9 cash for a tip tonight. Thats a fat tip for a simple high ‘n tight haircut!
