Naked Chicken Fingers! Off the menu item you can order for a low carb diet. My wife loves eating here, and that is a major reason why.

It is Sunday at 12:30 and they got us in and cycle through quickly. Do one thing and do it very well. Welcome to Cane’s :-)

The chicken fingers are good just wish they had more sides to go with the meal than just fries or coleslaw… how about some mash potatoes and gravy to dip my chickens! They say they carry the highest quality chicken fingers but what does that actually mean?!

The food…3 stars The sauce…5 stars. I read somewhere that a disgruntled employee has released the sauce recipe for Raising Cane’s. Ouch. Time to learn how to make my own Cane’s sauce. Bye Felicia.

So I don’t completely understand the craze surrounding this place. I think the chicken and their«special sauce» WASGOOD but it wasn’t mind-blowingly phenomenal. Phenomenal is what most people convey about this place, including my friends. The chicken was LESSGREASY than I had anticipated, which was a plus. The tenders I had were moist and very filling. The special sauce was good but since it’s been some time since my visit I can’t recall much about it. I used it though haha, wish I could say more. Their(cole) slaw was less mayonnaise-y and less vinegary than most which I definitely liked. As I am not a lover of slaw of any sort. So if you normally don’t like cole slaw, I’d give there’s a try. The entrees come with it anyways so you might as well try it. You can’t go wrong with fries either. I loved they they had the crinkle cut fries. My normal chain store disclaimer: I like to comment more about the service, cleanliness, and the process experience when it comes chain restaurants because these are the main factors that vary between them. They all have the same menu. This location was VERYCLEAN. We went for lunch during the weekend and the store wasn’t busy. I don’t see that as a bad sign, as there are so many options around University Street. Other than that, it’s like any other fast food place. Soda machine, condiment station, order at the counter, bus your own table, & etc.

I wonder what our restaurant landscape would be like if everyone took the same approach as Raising Canes. They do one thing, and they do it amazingly well. Their menu is small because of this. Chicken strips done in 4 different arrangements. Do you want a lot of chicken strips, or just a few? Lemonade, or a Coke. Get the lemonade, it’s really tasty. And so is the chicken. Tender, juicy, delightful. I do have one small complaint. Their spartan offerings don’t leave much for personal taste. The dipping sauce they give you isn’t bad. But it isn’t my favorite either. Being from the south, I long for some cream gravy to dip these in. Or maybe at least an option of something other than their signature dip. It’s not that it’s bad dip. It isn’t. It’s just that the chicken is so good, I want to try it other ways as well. Anyway, this place gets a huge recommendation. Give them a try if you’re lucky enough to have a Canes in your area. I doubt you’ll go home unhappy.

Raising Cane’s sits at the same level of Chic-Fil-A in my book. Now that the underlying question is out of the way, I will say that Cane’s, for some weird reason, sits really heavy on the stomach – I don’t know anyone that can operate at 100% after ingesting 2+ fingers here. On two different occasions, I catered a number of «Tailgates», which is bulk purchasing of the fingers. At $ 1 a piece, you can easily feel a group of 30+ for less than $ 5 a person… at a cost to their health, of course. This specific location boasts quality service. My order of 150 fingers was done on time, the check-out process came with some«second questions” – conversation here doesn’t just end with«how are you doing?»

Canes has ok chicken tenders. Their customer service policies however are horrible. Like a bad Chinese restaurant from 1980, they do not allow ANY substitutions. Texas Toast costs less than fries on their menu, but you can’t sub 1pc texas toast for their greasy and cold fries. So stupid. I’ve really come to hate this place because my son loves the chicken and toast. But good Lord don’t ask for 2pc of toast instead of 1pc toast and a mound of worlds crappiest fries. I’m NOT feeling the love here Canes.

If you’ve been one Raising Canes — you’ve been to them all. Went to this location, twice, after TCU football games and both times the tenders were hot, just out of the frier and the sweet tea was damn good. If you want chicken tenders, this is the spot.

First I have to say that the customer service at Raising Cane’s is good. The chicken strips are some of the best I have tried. I just dont get the sauce thing here, or lack of. I’m not a fan of the house sauce. Its not sweet, spicy, or tangy. I’m at a loss for what its supposed to be. It needs a little something. They do have hot sauce so that’s a plus. The honey mustard is ok. So, not having dipping sauces isnt the end of the world of course, but if you’re going to limit your customers to sauces(gosh Cane’s, you’re so bossy), then step it up a bit.

Great hot arsed chicken fingers… ’nuff said! The sauce to die for… ’nuff said! Dropped twenty for two adults and a kids meal — but the food was hawt, the drinks cold, and the service friendly… ’nuff said! I liked this one better than the one near my house — darn!

Love the chicken tenders at raising canes, the sauce is fantastic. Also love the fries, they are always cooked perfectly. It is a bit more expensive than other fast food chicken places but well worth it!

I don’t go for the chicken. Their secret sauce(I vote that its BBQ and honey mustard mixed together) is the real winner here. Much more cholesterol-friendly than gravy, my other favorite chicken dippin’. Crinkle fries are okay; they also do not provide any bread with your order pro bono. Pricey too, all things considered. Like think $ 7 – 8 $ range for an adult meal. At least they offer kid’s meal options to substitute milk and apples(for an additional cost).

Not quite ‘made to order’, the chicken strips are also smaller and way too salty/loaded with sodium: I could not taste the chicken and my fingers were like sausages after about an hour. The crinkles fries I got were on the cold side(heat lamp aged LOL). The iced tea was good. Staff at this location seemed to have a difficult time keeping tables clean for new walk-in customers to use. I’ll pass on this place in the future: I prefer to taste my food, not taste salt, and dine on clean tables.

THEBESTCHICKENEVERWITHTHEBESTSECRETSAUCEEVER! NOMS! I love box combo! and they say the lemonade is famous and delicious but I kind of think it’s too sweet for my taste. Other than that everything is great and the service is always great!

I left disappointed. There’s been a lot of hype about this place and I just wasn’t wowed. Chicken fingers is all they serve so don’t expect a lot of variety. Atmosphere is fast food and loud. Service was okay and the one stand out is the manager, otherwise meh. The chicken fingers were fresh and very hot but nothing an earth shattering experience. The Caine sauce is a peppery mayo and ketchup concoction– that was the letdown I think because I heard how awesome it was.- again meh. I think Raising Cane’s is good for getting a big batch of chicken fingers if you are having a party or need to have a quick meal on the run, so it’s very much like any other fast food eating experience.

All in all it was just ok. The chicken tenders were pretty good but I personally didn’t care for their special/secret sauce. Won’t be my first choice, but wouldn’t say no if someone else wanted to go.
