Pizza Hut

Not the best Pizza Hut in town but the only one close to the NorthSide. I order the Big Box special with simple ingredients and they still got it wrong. We order a pepperoni and a sausage with wings and what should have been Siriacha bread sticks. Instead We got normal bread sticks with no marinara sauce. I should have known to check it before we left the last person before us was given the wrong order as well.

Got this locations number from another location because apparently this was the one I was supposed to order from, the lady here proceeded to tell me that no, I need to order from the other location, I told her that they sent me to her, she then said she would speak to her General manager, then hung up on me :-) being bounced around is highly unprofessional, I’ll stick to delicious Dominoes thanks :)

So this place gets no stars ordered my food over an hour and a half ago the driving rate from here to the Pizza Hut I ordered from is 7 mins. they gave us a fourth five min delivery time which is usually the Norm but this is now ridiculous I can’t and I will never order from this place the customer service sucks they don’t make the pizza correct this place is beyond a waste of space… On another note at least they’re drivers are polite, but as far as management y’all suck completely you get one star for the driver! Nothing else

Tried to call this place a couple of times and they pick up and hang up… I understand if you’re busy and people are calling, but don’t be rude. If you don’t like your job quit. Simple…

Cold beer at the bar with sports on. :) Manager and staff were very friendly! Food was out fast and good!

I’m so pissed! I ordered my food at 8:20 pm and specifically told them my address at the Sheraton in downtown Fort Worth and they said they DO deliver here. They said it would be here no later than 10pm, so 10:20 pm roles around and still no food. So I call back, tell them my address again, and they say the driver left at 10:15 pm. So 11pm roles around and STILL NO FOOD!!! So I call AGAIN and she says oh yea we don’t deliver to you. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I told her they specifically told me they DO deliver here and I’ve been waiting almost 2 ½ hours and I’ve already paid for it! All she says is «we’ll all I can do is get onto them» again, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! So she ended up transferring my order to another store, and I had to pay for it agAin, although she SAYS she will cancel my other payment. Oh and did I mention I’m on my HONEYMOON? Yea thanks Pizza Hut for the shitty service! I will never EVER again order from this location. Doesn’t even deserve a spec of one star!!!

Wow. What can I say? This Pizza Hut is really bad. They claim to have improved, but it has gotten worse. My recent experience was a delivery that was over an hour late. I called several times and was told each time «Its on the way.» When the driver finally called, he was lost and as I was giving him directions, I told him that he was an hour late. He hung up on me. I called the store back to find out what was going on and was told he reported that I cussed him out. As furious as I was, I don’t cuss people out. My phone actually recorded the conversation by accident and I am happy to send it to the manager so he can hear that I didn’t cuss anyone out. The manager offered (again) to send me out a free pizza and I declined. At this point, I had already ordered another pizza from another company and it had already arrived. This particular store has this history. My favorite conversation with the manager, Chad, was when he started arguing with me that they were actually better since he took over. Proof is in the pudding, Chad. Your service is bad.

I work a little farther south off Main, and my wife and I stopped here for an early dinner one afternoon. We haven’t been back.
Notes:
— You order at the counter for take-​out, or you sit down for service. I didn’t know that, and so we got an awkward mix of both where we ordered at the counter, sat down, and got our food served without napkins or utensils.
— Walking back to the car, an older man outside the door asked us for change. We don’t carry cash, which I told him. When we actually got into the car, a younger man rode up to my window on a child’s bicycle, tapped on the glass, and asked if I spoke Spanish. I… don’t know what that was about, but I don’t want to deal with it when I’m with my wife.
This seems like a Pizza Hut which has just totally given up.
