Food is standard Pizza Hut fare BUT, the first time we ordered, they faffed about trying to figure out the gate code despite the fact that it was printed on the ticket. The second time, they forgot the 2 Litre Diet Pepsi. This time, they forgot the dipping glaze for the cinamon stix. When we called about it, the guy on the phone was very apologetic but waffled around about what they could do to make it right(maybe they could send some glaze if there was someone else headed our way or talk to a manager about a credit?) Very poor customer service. Food is generally delivered tepid, not hot. But whatever you do, CHECKYOURORDEREVENOPENINGTHEBOXESBEFORETHEDRIVERLEAVES. The occassional mistake is understood, this smacks of mismanagement all around. We have written them off our pizza delivery list.
