Pizza Hut

I don’t tend to write reviews for chain places but this is always our go to pizza hut since we live close by and our service has always been exceptional and fast. Yesterday’s visit was no different. We called for a carry out order for the 2 medium pizzas anyway you want it deal and despite the fact that Pizza Hut does not actually allow you to have it anyway you want it, Omar who was taking our order helped us modify the pizza to ensure that we got all of our favorite toppings from the ones available. I walked in exactly 15 minutes after I placed the order and was greeted by Taylor (or Tyler, I don’t quite remember his name) but I know I’ve seen him almost every time I pick up an order and he’s always really friendly. As soon as I walked in they were placing the pizza in the box, fresh and hot, always great service here!

Ordered 3 large pizzas today and got then delivered to my work within the 30min time frame. Very surprised because today there are two big sports games. Pizza tasted great, I enjoy my Pizza Hut every time. $ 11 for a large anyway you want it, can’t beat that unbelievable deal!

Your food will take an hour to get to you even if you live 5 minutes away like I do. I have walked through the door, had someone look and me and not take my order. The driver is usually nice but there must only be one driver since it takes so long to get the food delivered. I will be avoiding this pizza Hut like the plague. The Dominoes and Papa Johns in this area have never given me any problems. They will get my business from now on.

At first they were pretty efficient but the past couple of months we have been getting our food late. The worst was about an hour and a half late, so they gave us that for free and some credit because it got to us almost at two hours late. Today I am waiting outside because Our order was supposed to be to us at 7:05, 34 minute wait. By 7:30 we had no food and no luck reaching the store which is just down the street. They’re call center tried multiple times as did both my husband and I. As I pulled up my husband called to tell me the food just got there. I went in anyways. The food left the 5 minute drive at the time it was supposed to be at our door. So not only was it initially late but the driver took an additional 30 minutes to get to us. The food was cold and the driver didn’t care or had any idea when the food should have been here. I am now waiting on a fresh order and am very unhappy. This week, starting this morning I have had finals. I had to get up at 5:30am and I have to do the same tomorrow.
The manager did help me out, making fresh wings and some credit.
Hopefully they can get it together soon.
