I have given this place 3 shots now as I am a true believer in small independent businesses; but… 3rd strike and they are out for me. I watched as they got ready to open for what appeared to be a long time. Strike 1-Finally open, since the website stated their hours on a Sunday morning I had people meeting me there from Keller and Arlington. We all arrived at the same time to a sign on the door«closed for cleaning» yet no one was in the parking lot or inside the building. Strike 2-Brought 2 granddaughters in on a Saturday morning for drinks and kolaches. Oldest granddaughter wanted coffee since the menu is sort of sparse I asked the young«barista» what she could make for a little girl that might have a little coffee in it. This was an opportunity for her to not only make a little girl feel special but for the barista to get creative. She said«I could put milk in it» wow… really? Strike 3-Tried the burgers, frozen patties that are very overpriced $ 37 dollars for 3 regular burgers, 1 slim, 3 bags of chips and 3 bottles of soda and they presume to tell you how you would like that burger not offering any veggies or condiments«because they are so good we don’t think you need them». O.K. but they truly were not that good at all. So that is it for this girl as I said 3 strikes you are out.

Kolaches were very good, unique concept, fun atmosphere. Man behind the counter was very helpful, offered to cut out food for us when we asked for a knife. However, they were out of the breakfast tacos, could have used more staff, it was a bit slow and some of the tables were messy. We were also going to order another sausage, cheese, and jap… But they had just sold the last one. We tried to get just the sausage and cheese, they were out of that too. They have a combo where you get two food items and a beverage for $ 5. Probably not quite enough food, it’d be nice if you could add on one more, but still a good deal.

This can only go to the service of places as they were out of everything when I visited them. This is very disappointing as I showed up at 10:40 am and they do not close until 1:00 pm. Not sure if I will be back to try the kolache after that serves failure.

Very friendly, very welcoming, and GREAT food. I could hardly walk out I stuffed my face with so many wonderful treats! The coffee is great too! Thanks again for the military discount

Not a big selection, but not every kolache shop can be as great as Kolache Factory. I guess I need to lower my standards. I only tried the jalapeño sausage kolaches, the bread and cheese tasted fine, but sausage was too rough and chewy for my liking. Also, there could have been more jalapeños inside. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but nothing to return for, other than the friendly staff.

This place was very tasty. We went for a little brunch. We tried the kolache and a cheese Danish. Both were good and the girl behind the counter was very friendly. This place is child friendly too! They have a big chalk board for the kids to write on and also a tv.

Kolaches were soggy and basically fell apart. Won’t be going back. There are better places in the area to grab coffee and a quick something to eat.

I asked Siri for where to get breakfast. This little gem popped up. I have driven for hours to West, Tx for kolaches in the past. This place is awesome and Jennifer is wonderful. The coffee is terrific and I’m kinda a coffee snob if you know what I mean. The three kolaches I tried were fantastic. This place rocks. I will gladly go out of my way to get my kolaches here.

Pearl Snap Kolaches is a family-owned, local business serving kolaches and coffee with great service! If you’re interested in good food, good prices and a unique experience visit Pearl Snap over your major corporate coffee and breakfast option. My standard order is a sausage and cheese kolache and a small coffee. Sometimes I try to write on the huge chalkboard they have inside the store, but they generally frown upon 32 year olds playing with stuff meant for their younger audience

Cool breakfast place! Fun atmosphere and great food. Pearl snap is a homey and welcoming place to grab a quick bite or sit and read for a while. Just went for the first time and I had a great experience.

Solid new spot in Fort Worth to get your kolache fix. I am usually not the one going to the store to pick them up since my hubby wakes up at the crack of dawn no matter what day it is. He usually brings home a variety of fruit filled ones and always gets the jalapeño sausage rolls with cheese. The level of spiciness varies with the peppers of course so some weekends they are really mild and others are melt your face off. I am fond of the cherry and cheese fruit flavors. They have seasonal rotating fruit as well– recently they started with pumpkin. If you are going on a Sunday go early– the church crowd really cleans this place out!

Finally a kolache bakery in Fort Worth! Or so I thought. Place is cute. But the kolaches were terrible to where I couldn’t even finish it. The sausage and jalepeno was not even sausage. It looked and tasted like a beef hot dog. Where was the cheese? And so little jalapeño I could barely taste it. The dough tasted off… Sour? Like sour dough? I don’t know. Something was wrong with it. And as I am eating it, I kept getting the smell of dog food. Not joking. I’m driving to work, eating my kolache. And I smell dog food. After discovering my kolache is what was giving that smell off, I threw the rest away. It really made me gag. I actually gave myself a couple of days before I wrote this review. Hoping to think of a nicer way to say this. But honestly… I would rather eat a fake kolache from Shipleys and that’s just a hot dog in dough, but it tastes better and less expensive. I think I’ll stick with buying it by the dozens in West, TX at the Czech bakery. I just freeze them and eat one when I want it. Sorry. But not for me Pearl Snap.

Great service — better food. I can see this being the have to stop and grab a kolache in Fort Worth restaurant in a few years. Great place to get large and small orders from. Good neighborhood place to just come and relax and meet friends.

I’m not sure why everyone raves about this place. Sure it’s cute and the service was excellent(hence 2 stars, not 1), but the kolaches were overly doughy and the fruit filling average at best. The sausage in that variety was overcooked to the point of mangling it into sausage jerky. On the other hand, they’re totally overpriced. For $ 2.50 per kolache(fruit AND sausage), I expect WAY more. Wouldn’t mind paying that if they were worthy. The cinnamon rolls were decent but boring. The only great thing here was the coffee. It’s a shame. The place IS really cute and the service great. But food should be the headliner. Especially at these prices.

I believe this is my first review and I’m happy to do it on this place! This is somewhere I had thought was a Fort Worth staple but they’ve only been here for about a year — so let me just say this will be a Fort Worth staple! Great variety of kolaches that my four lil ones(and myself) really enjoyed! Apricot, cherry, apple cinnamon-all good fillings. And of course sausage kolaches w/cheese and some w/jalapeño — also delicious fluffy bread to go along! The atmosphere is perfect for a morning fam or individual hangout. They have fun music, a chalkboard, and games. Comfortable seating and just welcoming décor! Bravo Pearl Snap-I pray for your continued success towards a Fort Worth Staple :)

So very impressed with this place, and we haven’t even tried the kolaches yet! So much pizazz & personality! Was a little difficult to find(mostly due to bad directions from friends) but well worth the search. Wade was a sweetheart & took care of us with our strange allergies. New favorite kolaches place, second only to Czech Stop, but who has the time to drive to West?!?

If you live in Fort Worth, this is as close as you can get to West without the drive. Delicious kolaches and sausage rolls. If you’re anywhere close I highly recommend giving them a try. As far as bike parking goes, there currently isn’t any outside, but Wade had no issue at all with me bringing my bike in.

Great quick stop for breakfast. Simple menu. Sausage & cheese; sausage, cheese, & jalapeño; cream cheese; apricot. They also have cinnamon rolls and coffee. That’s it. Kolaches were fantastic. Atmosphere is cozy, tables and couches.
