The young man who took my order over the phone was very nice and answered all of my questions both patiently and honestly. I ordered a last-​minute arrangement for my mother-​in-​law for mother’s day (placed the order the Friday morning before the holiday) and Payne’s delivered a gorgeous bouquet the same day. Paynes’ definitely has my future business!

Basing review solely on customer service. I called asking if there were any deliveries available for today and before I could even get another word out she replied, «no, not today» then hung up on me. I found this very rude and will never consider using their services in the future.

I will never buy from them again. Picture in website showed full vase of roses and another flower. Didnt deliver until 430pm and had 4 roses and mostly green filler. Cost me $ 75 for what looks like a $ 20 wal-​mart flowers

No customer service, the girl at the front desk was rather rude and not helpful at all. I’ve ordered things from this place twice and both times the flowers were already wilting and didn’t last three days. A bouquet from any grocery shop would out-​do this place.

One of my eldest friends placed away that was very close to me and my son. Wanting to get flower arrangements to send to the funeral home and his family was a task that was really hard for me. I’m very picky and want what I want and it has to be on point.
Going online I found a couple of arrangements that caught my eye but needed them right away. After making a call to my florist that I have used in the past but not for funerals they were out of a particular flower for the standing wreath so my brain went into «act fast» mode and thought of this new florist shop (Payne’s) that I had seen going up a while back and decided to venture over.
Upon my arrival I was immediately drawn in by the old antique décor with greenery and flowers surrounding the entry. On such a sad occasion for me a calm serenity came over me when I walked up and entered.
Greeted by a young woman by a smile and head knod due to her being on another call with a customer at the time.
Waiting for her to finish her and looking around minutes later a young man entered from the back and asked if he could help. I mentioned to him what I wanted and how and if they do price matching.
Now speaking and being addressed by the young woman she stated «yes» and asked me to look in their book of arrangements to find the ones that I had in mind. One of them they didn’t do but I found one close to it in which was a bit more and she made it for me at the same cost…((Smoooches)) and they had beautiful tin planters mixed with daffodils and african violets that were absolutely beautiful for $ 20 in which I got to send to the family.
They provided such good service to me and delivered the flowers same day. When I arrived for the service I was very pleased at the job they done on the standing floral arrangement by my friends casket and so was my son, that’s why I gave them 5 stars.
I’m so happy that I went to Payne’s Florist…:()
