Any downtown location is challenging if you are unfamiliar with the city. Norris had valet setup for us so all of our guests arrived on time. They also have free downtown parking in any Sundance Square garage. Food was excellent, room was freshly painted and the service was right on. All AV onsite at the venue. They also helped us with hotel rooms within walking distance. Price was unbeatable. We will be back!

The staff was very helpful for our conference this weekend. Tracy was our Sales Manager and she was constantly checking in on us. I would even see her out in the hall offering guests coffee etc while they waited. It was a clean facility.
The only thing was that it was tricky to find downtown. I wish that they had signage that was easier to see.
