Wonderful!!! My new nail place. I will be seeing Tammy! She was amazing! I got the new dip manicure and it looks so good! She took her time and was very friendly. They were open on Chinese New Year when everyone else was closed. I had the dip manicure done at VIP Nails and it was awful!!!

I haven’t been to a more friendly and professional nail salon. I’ve been a patron since the first week they opened. I’ve tried other places along the way, but no one is able to top the service at Nail Pro. My nails always look amazing, the facility is clean, and the staff is super friendly. There are newer places around, but I’ll stick with the place that has always been affordable and treated me right!

If you love great customer service and attention to detail then this is your place!
I moved to Bridgeport 3 years ago and I still drive over an hour to get my nails and pedi’s done here! Place is clean and you can have a margarita to unwind with!

The prices are affordable and the staff is friendly. I cannot vouche for all of the techs, but my nails have turned out good by some. The only thing that annoys me is when you make an appointment. You will be waiting 30 — 45 mins after your appointment time bc the tech is running late or they took a walk-​in before you. Just expect to be waiting for hrs till its time for you to leave. Customers time should be considered.

I went in a couple of months ago and got their version of «nexgen» it looked amazing and I was only charged $ 30. This time I went in for just a plain full set of acrylics that broke five days later and was charged $ 35! I felt like that was overpriced for a sucky set of acrylics. I’m very disappointed!

I can’t comment on the quality of the service, because I walked out after waiting for nearly 45 minutes. I called ahead and was told it was a 10 minute wait. After 25 minutes, I was finally seated in a pedicure chair and then was promptly ignored.
Nobody would give me a straight answer as to how much longer I was going to be sitting in the growing-​cold water, so I decided to cut my losses and leave. I will not be returning.

Very affordable and really pays attention to detail! Henry did an amazing job and was very personable. I have to say I think I found my nail place! I have been to a lot of places and this one takes the cake! The décor is very pretty and there is plenty of chairs. I added a picture while I was waiting.

Great customer service, great atmosphere, reasonably priced. Glad to have a great nail place in the area finally!

Clean to the first look! But second look not clean at all! Nail files, acrylic nipper and other supply’s in plastic tubs with nail dust!
No disinfection takes place! Nail tech should have a jar with antiseptic solution on their work station for their nail supply’s! But I haven’t seen that in not a single salon here yet!
Foot spas getting rinsed with water then wiped out with last customers towel and some cleaner spray.
I wish this Nail Salon would keep it cleaner, since their people are very friendly and the salon looks just so nice and relaxing!
Little while ago there was a news article on how bad nail salons are and that there are to many salons to keep checking up on their conditions! That’s very sad! I feel for these people who went for a relaxing pedicure and ended up with a staff infection!
UPDATE!!!
I dont know what happened, but this place changed to the greatest!!! Their foot spas now have fresh liners for each customer! On each table is a glass jar with antiseptic liquid for their nail nippers and stuff!!! I’m absolutely impressed! This is the ONLY nail salon that changed to such a wonderful and clean place!!!
Relaxing atmosphere, great sevice, friendly staff, clean tools!!! I will raise the stars from 1 to now 5 stars!

Very affordable and every person there is well trained and courteous. This is the only place my mom and I ever go! We usually get the $ 25 pedi special, and it lasts 2 to 3 weeks. I haven’t ever tried gels, but their hand painted designs are beautiful.
It has been newly renovated. They give complementary wine, water, or soda.
Highly recommended!

I am new to the area and have given this location 3 separate chances. Don’t be fooled by the nice building and décor. The are extremely overpriced and if you ask for short nails… you get NO nail all three times I walked out basically with thick overlay over my very short nails.

Went here recently as a walk-​in and I waited for about 45 minutes to receive my pedicure. My pedicure was mediocre… the lady did a great job with cleaning and scrubbing my feet and legs… however I’m always more focused and anxious about the massaging than anything else. The massage was pretty non-existent…it was more of a light, graceful rub on the legs than an actual massage. I also went to get a fill, too and I was rather disappointed to find out that they couldn’t have someone else do my fill while I was getting my pedicure. So, needless to say… I was there for almost 3 hours. The fill was okay, but the design on my nails… not so much. I asked for leopard print and it looks more like just blobs on my fingers than anything else. However for fills and my sunkist pedi it was $ 75.

Loved my Sun kissed pedicure today!!! It was done by Van. She was not in a hurry and I didn’t feel rushed even though it was busy. I actually got to relax after a long day at work!
