Nail Creation

Not sure what happened to the welcoming environment. I loved getting my nails done here because all of the nail techs were awesome. One day I called and made an appointment with Brooke– I actually spoke with her on the phone. Made it to the salon and Brooke had another client that she just started on. No biggie, one of the other ladies was able to fit me in. For some reason Brooke didn’t acknowledge me or even apologize. The next few visits I was a walk in. For some odd reason Brooke sat there with her ear plugs in and waited for someone else to take care of me. Again, no biggie. About 2 weeks ago I stopped in and one of the girls said something to Brooke in Vietnamese. I can only assume it was take care of me. Brooke responded and the lady said I will take care of you. I assumed she had another appointment but she spent the entire time listening to her radio doing nothing. Perhaps she doesn’t need the money. Ok, I know what you all are thinking, I’m a lousy tipper. Well if you tip between $ 7-​$ 10 on a $ 30 Shellac Manicure then I guess I am. Well Brooke, not sure what I could have done to offend you but good riddance. You lost Nail Creation a good customer. I have taken my business and my tips elsewhere.

I quit going here after they refused to fix my nails. They had been done the day before and were lifting and very painful. I went to the same lady and showed her and she said she couldn’t fix them because she had an appointment coming in in an hour…

I REFUSE to go to any other nail salon! This place is the best. I used to live right across the street so I went every 3 weeks. I recently moved to Weatherford and did not go here for awhile and nothing quite measured up. I now make the 20 mile drive every time because it’s so worth it.
I take friends, family members and business clients here all the time as well and none of my guests have ever had any complaints.
Hellen is the best! She was the first one who ever did my nails so I continue to go back to her but several times when she was unavailable I have had different nail techs who did just as well.
I always get a full set, regular pedicure and eyebrow wax and it’s always under $ 60. CRAZY. Anywhere else that would easily be $ 120 – 150.
Go here. Keep going here. You won’t regret it :)

I really wish I could give this place no stars. I went yesterday with my 4 year old daughter. I wanted a mani/​pedi and then my daughter a pedicure as well. I was asked what I wanted, and immediately she runs the water and rushes my daughter and I. She didn’t even want to allow us time to choose polish colors! Literally, less than 30 seconds. As I sit, the first thing I noticed is the brushes sitting in watered down barbicide. It was a very pale blue color, which is definitely watered down. When they are in properly mixed barbicide and water, the color will still be a very dark blue! I asked about it, and she just said yes it’s just watered down but not to worry because they sterilize everything in the back. So I continue and my manicure ended up with bubbles in the polish on practically every nail, and all my cuticles were not even cut and already the next day has multiple chips! I had bare edges on each nail that was not covered with polish. On my pedicure, I don’t have any complaints. They charge an extra $ 5 to remove calluses, which to me is ridiculous. I’ve been to many nail salons in many states and never have I been charged an extra fee for that. Isn’t that the reason for a pedicure?! For my 4 year olds pedicure, it was $ 17. Which, I also think is a bit much to just soak and paint her toenails. I definitely won’t return. I don’t mind spending $ 100 in a nail salon but definitely not with the service here. Tomorrow, I will be going elsewhere and having them redone.

Love this place. I moved here from across the country 2 years ago and didn’t know anyone so no girlfriends to give me recommendations especially a place that would be conveenient to where I live, affordable and easy to get into which ALSO did a great job with nails and not take foreverrrrrr!
I love having nails that are kept up with and used to love gel nails but because of my job I would need to have them redone about every 10 days or less and I HATEDDDD having to take out about 2 hrs every other week to sit there and have them done. I’m just too impatient to do it that often and sit there. Sooo I started getting fake nails. BUT this place has always been great, they almost always get started right away. I usually take my time deciding what pattern or colors I want and although I am sure they got frustrated a few times, they never showed it but instead offered suggestions and always go out of their way to make sure I like the option by trying it on me or giving me suggestions based on what I like. They are very honest. If she thinks it won’t look good, they will let me know ahead of time or if after she does a nail she will show me to make sure before going on. Other times I show them a pic of what I want (with designs or whatever) and they do their best to create something exactly the same and tell me ahead of time what kind of product/​nail they would have to do.
The pricing is reasonable for the quality they provide. They are not cheap but def not overpriced like other places. Basically, I def pay for the service I get but its worth it. My nails last me about a month, sometimes a little longer even (I would say on average about 5 weeks) which is the right amount of time for me to get fed up with the nails I have and time for a change!
They also offer lash extensions (not the individual ones, they are the cluster ones), massage, waxing, eyebrows, etc.
Another great thing is that the owner speaks mostly fluent english. She understands and speaks pretty good and they have many longstanding dedicated clients other than myself who trust them. They don’t push anything on you in terms of pedicures or upgrading etc. They make a recommendation based on what you are looking for but don’t get pushy at all. If you say no once, they won’t bother you but would rather provide what you want and that’s why I trust them. They would love to get me for pedicures every month too but they know I don’t like it that often so they don’t ask me every time because they know they will have my business whenever I do want those other services.
It’s my fav place and I have cheated in between and gone to other nail salons here and there to try a new place but always come back to this place — still my favorite.
