Shopping for a suit for my boyfriend to wear to a fancy banquet for work, went in the sore alone to start looking. I didn’t get an opportunity to buy a suit because I wandered around the store waiting to be acknowledged and have my question answered.
I waited. And waited. And waited.
15 minutes in to my helplessness, my boyfriend shows up. We waited. And waited.
FINALLY, some one approached us and asked if we were waiting for a tuxedo rental and I snapped and said «No! We were trying to BUY and tailor suit» They apologized, but it was 20 minutes of my life I will not be able to get back, so we left and took our money to another business.
Word of advice to MW: Please do not assume a young black couple is only there to RENT something from your business. *snap snap*

Stopped by today in a last attempt at finding some dress shoelaces I needed and a belt.
Store was bright, clean, very well staffed. I was greeted when I came in and at first they didn’t think they had the shoelaces I needed, but we talked for a minute and they suggested some alternate laces, and turns out they were the perfect length and fit. I’m very pleased.
Looked at the belt, they sadly didn’t have the style I want/​need, but they were very nice and suggested several other places I might look. I’m sure I won’t find nearly the great service they provided me here at the other stores, but hopefully I can track down a belt! If not I will be back tomorrow to purchase one of the alternatives they had.
Thanks guys for being so helpful. Most men’s clothing stores are very unwilling to help a woman shopping for herself, their loss, Men’s Wearhouse’s gain!

Mrs. B recently determined that I needed a new pair of dress shoes. We had shopped around a little, but I hadn’t found anything to really fit what I wanted, so we stopped in here on the way to the in laws’ house. Their shoe selection was pretty light, but they had the kind of thing I was looking for, and there was a pretty good sale going on at the time. Mark greeted us at the door and gladly showed us the stock. When he understood what we were looking for, he was able to show us s previous years’ shoe that was on clearance, so we got what I thought was an exceptional deal. I was very happy with stopping here and am happy to be a Men’s Wearhouse customer again. Now, I like the way my shoes look; I guarantee it.
