McDonald’s

They should change the name of this location to «Please pull forward»… I have been there more than 10 times and i havent once gotten my McChicken without those famous words spoken. Seriously don’t go there unless you have a good 10 – 15 mins to kill in the drive– thru.
The people are also pretty rude and not properly trained. (See Above)
Unfortunately zero stars is not an option.

After 2 tries (3 burgers total) I got a cheeseburger. I just wanted a mustard QP w/​Ch. First one even had the ticket right on it but the burger was cold and catsup all over the inside of the box and burger. I returned it and got a plain QP with cheese with mustard. I returned it and got one with the mustard but it had no pickles. It is as if they TRY to get something wrong on every order. I think it is a game for the kids in there to put something wrong on each order.

This location has great potential to be so successful, yet management continually gets it wrong
It’s a Friday at 9:15 pm and the lobby is closed because of no staff and drive thru is taking 20 minutes. As a result, the high school age kids have to take the brunt of upset customers.

LOL… after having read the number of negative reviews I did the drive through for a single cheeseburger just to see if McDonalds was reading Unilocal… well, they are NOT! After 9 minutes with just one other car in drive thru to get a single burger, the bun was lukewarm and the cheese was chilled, as in cold to the touch… amazed that McDonalds corporate does not intercede with this franchise regarding food and service quality.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. All the other poor reviews here regarding the cold fries and food served near its expiry time are 100% correct. The only reason I occasionally go is because they own the neighborhood monopoly on fast food. I honestly make it point to NOT support them in hopes they will implement some quality control standards and customer service training.

Worst McDonald’s ever! The management is the very worst and the employees must follow the bad management lead. I hope the owner of this franchise will read the reviews and fix the problem.

I am not sure if it is the kids that don’t care or the adults who manage them.
But the quality and service at this restaurant are terrible. If I owned this franchise I would be up there correcting these issues.
Pretty sad — they now they have a fast food monopoly in the neighborhood. Fix the problems!

Well at least it’s clean today! The food quality is still way below other McDonalnds, the food they serve you is well it expiration times (they actually have them) and if you there ask for a special order (like no onion) it’s going to look like they played soccer with it.
The only reason I keep coming is because it’s a block of my house and kids are always asking (more for the toys and playground)

Seriously, the worst McDonald’s on earth. ALWAYSA WRONG. Food cold. If you order chicken nuggets half are hot half are cold. how does that happen? They always make you pull ahead in drive thru and then run your orders out, wrong and cold. Fries are never even Half filled, if you upgrade you still get small fries and I’ve seen the recook fries a minute to reheat them. You know because they are greasy and brown in color instead of salty and lighter… they are rubbery and brown and no longer salted. LAZY. Can not count how often your missing did it condiments, never a napkin, ketchup or salt ever. I wish this area had ANYTHING else close by… bring us a burger king please. It’s not as busy as it should be because its soooooo very very very bad.

This McDonalds is actually on TimberLAND and Alta Vista in the Kroger parking lot.
They suck. Dining room is always filthy and drive thru is incompetent at best. Harsh review, yes. The ONLY reason I come here is because other than a bazillion pizza places, its the only fast food drive thru in VOWS area.
This morning after my kids did some outside chores in the frigid cold, I ran there for a fast breakfast for them. I get home and what? A sandwich forgotten. No big deal if it never happened. But it does, about 95% of the time. I drove back and they claimed they tried to run out and catch me at the light. Really? They then gave me my cold sandwich and I left — what a waste of time.
McDonalds may be fast food, but I at least expect what I pay for.

Keep in mind Four Stars for McDonalds is not the same as Four Stars for a fancy place. The food is always hot and fresh which is great considering most fast food is luke warm. They have a play land for parents who need to burn some energy from their kids. Downside: the dining room is almost always filthy. I always have to clean my own table, food is all over the floor and the I hesitate to go near the pop counter. Sticky puddles of pop all over and globs of dried ketchup everywhere. ICK! Need to work on that. Upside: Free Wi-​fi
