I popped into this location to have a watch I received as a gift sized. First impression is that its quite dark in the store but very clean, stocked and sized correctly. As a former retail manager kudos to you guys! That’s some impressive work! The store is dated inside but it’s well maintained. The odd things is the smell. I’ve always noticed a funky smell in the home goods department of every Macy’s I’ve been in since I’ve lived in Texas! In Michigan where I’m originally from there isn’t a funky musty odor lurking in the store. Maybe it’s just a Texas thing? Who knows ! That’s pretty trivial in the grand scheme of things

This Macy’s is great for the men’s department. Women’s? Not so much. Occasionally I will find some cute Calvin Klein work attire, but mostly it shopping for the manfriend that we do here. Thumbs up for always having sales, and coupons and extra discounts when you put it on your Macy’s card!

Macy’s fine jewelry department doe’s ring sizing at $ 34.95 which is a lot less than the other stores nearby. They also do battery changes on most all watches while you wait and will clean blitz your jewelry for free. Make sure you pick up some jewelry cleaner while there it is the best.

Great service. They cover all styles for men at reasonable prices. They have a great suit, and dockers section.
