Very courteous nice man who was fast and prompt service. Thanks Carl. I locked my keys in the car while the car was running and called Carl because he was chosen by Siri not sure what to expect and he arrived promptly and aas super nice and had me in my car in less than a minute without any complications.

Great service fast! Will call for all my lock needs in Arlington and Mansfield Area. Response time was the fastest I have had and it was at the end of the day.

Carl’s Lock & Key is awesome!
My husband and I called Carl’s Lock & Key after we lost both the keys to our truck. Carl could not have been friendlier or more professional. He arrived on time and was finished up so quickly.
A few days later when we couldn’t start the truck (due to what we later found out was the ignition and not key related), we called Carl back to see if there was something wrong with the key (THERE WASN’T!). Again, he arrived on time and seriously could not have been more helpful! He knew exactly what was wrong with the ignition (turns out what happened to us can be a somewhat common issue with Toyota’s) and gave us the name and number of another great business that could come out and fix the issue.
Carl was so thorough that when he was helping us figure out what was wrong with the ignition, he cut a second key just to make sure.
Next time we need a locksmith, we’ll definitely be calling Carl again!
