I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service and design skills of Kevin Starnes at Lillian Simon! Kevin has played key roles in several charitable events I have chaired and continues to WOW friends and associates with each and every arrangement/​event design he is a part of. Incredible service and exceptional quality!!!

I called no less than nine Forth Worth florists looking for someone to pull off a miracle — it was 3:00 PM and I needed a same day delivery to TCU by 5:00 PM. I can’t even begin to explain my disappointment when I received multiple cold, non-​compromising «no» answers. Even the TCU Florist ***ON CAMPUS*** wouldn’t make an exception.
Fast forward to the point where I almost gave up hope this afternoon… I spoke with the *AMAZING* Kevin at Lillian Simon Flowers. Not only was Kevin willing to take on the arrangement and delivery, but was beyond courteous, reassuring and professional! I know my order is in good hands! I am sure there is a phenomenal team behind Kevin that makes all of this magic happen, but I have to say Lillian Simon picked the right person as the «face» (or should I say voice) of their business. I will definitely use Lillian Simon Flowers for all of our Forth Worth floral needs!
