This has been a big let down and a major annoyance! This is the ad on Living Social that led me to purchase this deal for this establishment.

Not to start a gold rush or anything, but this double-​dose of a deal won’t last
forever.
The truth of the matter… this process by this company leads to:
–maybe a 1 shade lighter than you already have
–gum pain and sensitivity, due to to the fact that your gums are not protected properly during the process.
–you are asked to pay $ 20 at your appointment time to «UPGRADE» to 20% whitening solution as opposed to the 16% they offer with the deal.
–and they try to sell the take –home-​kit to you to ensure your whitening «experience»
This is such a scam… even the $ 79 paid for this deal was a total ripoff! Crest white strips can do a much better job than this process, and you pay a lot less for them and can use them in the comfort of your own home.
If you are still leaning to laser whitening… PLEASE GO TO A DENTIST! They will do a much better job and will take the necessary precautions to protect your gums! They have blatently lied stating that your teeth will look up to 10 shades lighter! They will at best go maybe 2 shades lighter… if you’re lucky! I am very angry I was sucked into this scam! Oh yes not to mention the appointment setting is a joke as well, and DO NOT hold your breath to speak to anyone on the phone… they never return calls for the messages left. RIP OFF!!!
