I just had my oil changed and AC looked at on friday. I asked an estimate before they did the work and a man quoted me 60 $ I said ok. An hour and a half later the total is 150 $ after arguing with the manager over price he took 20 $ (wow) I left. The next day I left my car at a very good friends house whose husband loves cars and checks them out if you leave your keys. Well he checked it out and was astonished finding out I had just gotten an oil changed the day prior. It was over by a quart, the oil was black and dirty, my oil filter was nasty, none of my fluids were topped off to top it all off they tightened the washer on the oil plug too tight which caused the washer to go all to hell and I was dripping oil. We battle back and fourth on the phone sunday monday and tuesday. On Wednesday my friend did a proper oil change and gave me a quart of kwik Kars oil that cane out of my car in a bottle along with the washer so I can go show them in hopes of getting my money back. I go up there and argue with the manager yet again. «How do I know that’s our oil? And you didn’t just fill it up with anything black?» Uh because I watched him drain it from my car. And how do I know that washer is damaged because of us, because he had to replace it after yall touched it. Basically giving me the run around. He told me he’d do a new oil change on the house only because I’m so mad, never admitting he was wrong. I told him «Fuck no, yall aren’t coming any where near my car.» I’m starting to believe that was the reason my first cars engine blew because I have been a loyal customer since 2010. Well not anymore and I will be contacting the better business Bureau. If I knew how to upload the pictures I would.

Stay far away from this place. They pretended to do work on your Vehicle. You should double check any work you have had done here.

I had bought brakes with lifetime warranty back in 2011. I had them changed in 2012 and haven’t had any problems. This week, I brought my car in because I heard grinding. They examined it, stating that my front brake pads need to be replaced. No problem, I have a warranty, or so I thought. This is when it becomes a problem:
1. They could not find me in the computer. What the heck? I said check my vin, license plate… well that didn’t work, asking me if I changed my license plate. Uh no.
2. Suggested I bring a old receipt to show I have had work on my brakes.
So I went home, found one of my receipts, went back the next day.
Worst experience ever!
The guy looked at the receipt, taking it over to the computer. Guess what? Still can’t find me, even with receipt.
Gets better… now the receipt does not show if they supplied the parts or did I bring them to the site… are you serious?
So now they tell me to bring another receipt showing the brake work… you have to be kidding?
Even if I find this receipt, I WILL NOT be back, even with the warranty.

The guys here are great!!! Me and my family has been coming here for the last 4 years. I just bring my car in they take care of me and help with anything they can. I would recommend them to a friend!

These guys are thorough, approachable, and reasonably priced. I usually go through one of the managers (Joshua) whenever I take my cars in for the state inspection or for scheduled maintenance. This last time for the state inspection seemed to be 15 – 18 minutes, which I thought was remarkable considering that there were three other cars in the service bay. Of course, this told me that the garage had at least 4 mechanics ready to serve the customers.
I arrived in the mid-​morning hours (10 am), and Joshua recommended that I should try to arrive when the garage opens at 8:00 am. I wasn’t in a terrible hurry at all, so it was easy to walk to Albertson’s for something to eat as well as Starbucks for a hot drink. In terms of finance, the garage does its best to work with you yet you have to ask rather than assume this.
Either way, the service is pretty good and convenient.

So, here’s the scoop — if you want a quick oil change and that is all you are looking for then you are probably pretty safe going here. The employees were decent and we hardly had to wait at all. We walked across to the McDonald’s next door and had lunch while we waited on our car. However, as we were eating we noticed they we quickly done changing the oil. We didn’t think much about it so we finished our lunch and went to get our car, paid and left.
We noticed that our brake fluid light was still on but they reassured my husband that they had topped off all the fluids as per the oil change deal. Well, after several days of the light remaining on … we went back and another technician looked at the brake fluid level and it was very low. He apologized and added more brake fluid and we were on our way. Guess that’s why the service was so quick … they didn’t top of all my fluids. It may just have been overlooked but I would hope that when you pay for a service, you receive good, full service.
Not sure if I would return since it was such a hassle. You may have better luck if you are willing to try this location.
