Went to the store to buy my stuff and claimed a free Friday item. When I checked the item was not for free as it did not ring up at the register. I was told to go to customer service which at 830 was already closed. I went back to the register to tell them no one was there then they said they can’t do anything about it then I said I just want to return it and they said they can’t do returns at the register. I understand that but why would they close customer service !!! It happens sometimes you get something and you change your mind and you just can’t return it? This is ridiculous. I was asked to come back the next day … Hello… Kroger stores aren’t usually this way

I come for Boar’s head deli meats. My son could go through 2 lbs of sweet sliced ham by himself in less than a week. He loves the stuff. The cashiers usually will say«maam do you know you have $ 20 in ham?» Why, yes. yes I know. I also like the natural and the international section. Staff is helpful and they usually have plenty of lanes open.

You can stop by pick up groceries and dinner or lunch at the same stop and bakery items. At this location looks like an 80s-90’s supermarket. You’ll have to get their rewards cards to take advantage of discounts prices and use at a Shell gas station for $.10 discount on gas after a $ 100.00 + purchase a month. Which we know it’s not impossible to do. But best part is doing your groceries and stopping by their kitchen and picking up their dinner special. Bucket of chicken with two sides and rolls or bread or been able to get that special location cake, too.

This store has gone way downhill. They added in nice renovations to bring it out of the 90’s finally. I have been shopping here weekly for the past 3 or 4 years. Until now. Last week as the ice was thawing, sheets of it were falling off the roof. There is only one way to use a ramp to walk to the front doors. That ramp also happened to have falling ice. I saw an older man get hit by falling ice. He was not moving and just slumped over his cart. My daughter and I and a few others helped him to a chair while he waited on the manager. The manager arrives and tells him«well, that’s why we have it blocked off.» It was not blocked off, there were a few signs that said caution. This poor man is hit and hurting and that’s his response?! Also, over the last year or so I always seem to make it home with expired food. Yogurts, pork chops, etc. but what I just experienced is the worst. I purchased a caramel Betty Crocker icing 2 weeks ago. I could only find one, should’ve been my first sign. I went back last week to see if they had gotten more. The lady in the baking aisle said she didn’t even have a sticker for it. Hmmm ok. So I go along my merry way and go to make a cake the other day. Guess how long ago this expired? In 2008! It’s 2015. The store refuse to refund when my mom took it by there saying that it’s no longer in their system. I will return only to demand my $ 2 refund only for the sake of the matter. They should be ashamed.

PATHETIC health foods and organic selection. They don’t even have organic bananas. the most basic organic thing there is. Was also ignored at self-checkout by talking employees. The other two I came into contact with were fine, though.

Hulen Kroger is my go-to grocer! It’s down to earth and chill, has everything you’re looking for, albeit minus the frills of Central Market or Trader Joe’s. The prices(with your Kroger card) are much better than at the aforementioned, that’s for sure though! I hit up the ‘baked too much’ bakery cart all the time — I love the jalapeño bread and the other breakfast sweets — gotta have those carbs, man! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Make sure to ding the ‘great service’ bell at check-out, it’s how to tell them they’re doing a great job!

This location could use a major renovation, but it’s huge and has almost everything. Kroger is pretty cheap too, so if you don’t want to deal with Walmart, this is a good alternative. Their produce selection needs to be expanded, but overall, I like Kroger better than Albertsons.

This place has some good variety and is pretty big. When I went, they had some awesome selection of day old breads and bakery items(yeah croissants, pie, and whole wheat bread!) Really good location for getting lots of shopping done in the area too. If it wasn’t out of the way, I would shop here more often!

This is a good store with good staff! It’s usually cheaper than Wal-Mart, too, and the food is better. I love their ethnic selection.

Kroger has the best kept secret and I’m going to share it with you. They have a variety of fresh cut flowers from tulips, roses, daisies and mixtures on clearance daily for less than $ 6. They also have very good tasting Red Velvet and Italian Cream cakes. There wine selection has expanded.
