You guys are the best! Our clothes always come back nice and clean. We use the location on Hartwood. Tried your location on Camp Bowie, staff is just not friendly. Glenda, at Hartwood, and her crew are always friendly, professional, and helpful. It’s worth the extra couple of miles to use that location. No complaints from us. I just had our daughters wedding dress cleaned and Kites did an outstanding job removing all the dirt from the bottom of the dress. Looks like new. Thanks

I would give Kite’s one star but… the staff at this location is wonderful. It makes me sad that I won’t be doing business here anymore. They are really pricey, but I thought if they are that good, it’d be worth it. But on several occasions I had issues. My shirts came back with annoying creases and wrinkles in them. A dark shirt of mine was not wearable when it came back because of the starch stains all over it. And I had to return a shirt that came back with missing buttons. For the price you pay, it is not worth it. Period. If you want exceptional service at the sacrifice of quality, this is your place.

This places took over a week and a half to return the 3 dress that I had dry cleaned, and an additional 3 weeks to have a sleeping bag cleaned and returned. This place is a ripoff with a horrible turn-​a-​round time. I’m never using it again!
